Exceptional customer service. My telephone call was answered very promptly by Kevin in customers services who was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting me to deal with a number of issues I had with two of our charity's accounts. Arrange Refund & Amend Direct Debit
The lady I spoke to this afternoon to arrange a refund of the credit balance on our account and to amend the Direct Debit amount was not only most helpful, she was extremely efficient in the way she handled both matters. A first class example of excellent customer service. Well done, and thank you.
