I was victim of identity theft
I was victim of identity theft, someone filed unemployment for me, completely untrue and they didn’t even detect it. I will terminate within 30 days. I recommend looking for services that pay attention to resolving, it’s not this one on either end. I should add this wasn’t an unusual event, 10’s thousands same boat, their excuse ( phone conversation) it was likely paper transactions so we can’t track. Waste of money

I Put a 1 because there is nothing…
I Put a 1 because there is nothing lower. The stock market has a louder voice than me but they are truly horrible with a customer service model that helped them get there. Multiple screw ups default to to customer being the problem not them, deleted the app, there was a life before Grubhub and seam( same org) failed business
