The villa is just fantastic
The villa is just fantastic, beautiful garden and pool. Great welcome by the host, Adelaïde.
The location is a 10 min walk to the centre, with bakery and supermarket nearby.
Pool temperature could have been a few degrees C warmer.

Steer clear of this if you value your holiday time!
We holiday in France every year this was the first time we used Provence Holidays. It was the same cost as any other holiday but the service was really poor from the start. Communication has to be requested as opposed to simply emailing or calling an agent.
There was one parasol for the entire pool area - this was a villa for 10 people!
The sunbeds were so stained that we bought covers for them at our own expense. Worse was the fact the pool cover was downright dangerous as it didn’t fit to create a safe environment for kids. There was a loose plug socket with an extension lead plugged into it open to the elements we had to unplug it as torrential rain on a couple of nights. The garden wasn’t cared for once during our stay so the grass and bushes were overgrown and a haven for mosquitoes so sitting out in the evenings was not fun. The house its self was dark and although beautifully decorated style over substance just doesn’t work for longer than a day. The concierge service was at an extra cost normally most companies are happy to help and book most things for us. Restaurants that were recommended were tourist traps.
The woman we spoke to in the office most of the time was off hand and downright rude such a shame as we Will never recommend this company to anyone.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points.
From the start of the process, telephone appointments were arranged at your request, as, due to the time difference and our working hours, we are unfortunately not available 24 hours a day. We always do our best to remain as available and responsive as possible within our working hours.
Regarding the parasols, there is one by the pool, as well as additional shade available at the pool house. There are also two further parasols in the garden.
For the sun loungers, we are sorry that you felt they were stained. This was not something reported to the local team during your stay, and following their visit, they did not identify any particular issue with their condition. Had we been made aware, we would of course have been happy to look into it.
With regard to the electrical socket, we take your comment seriously. Our local team did not identify this issue during their checks, but they will carry out another inspection.
The garden is fully maintained between each stay. We generally avoid carrying out maintenance during guests' stays in order not to disturb them, which may explain why you did not see the gardening team during your week. As for the mosquitoes, unfortunately, these are a seasonal reality in Provence, particularly during the summer months, and are beyond our control.
Regarding our Experiences / Concierge service.
Transfer, car rental assistance and recommendations were provided free of charge; they are not part of our Experience Package and are therefore not subject to a fee. At your request, we shared recommendations for lavender fields, Van Gogh sites, tennis, local markets and our detailed Provence guides.
Our guides also feature around twenty carefully selected restaurants near your rented villa in the Alpilles, plus recommendations in the Luberon. Most of these restaurants are personally tested and approved by our team. While Provence is naturally busier with tourists in summer, these restaurants are also enjoyed by local residents.
The experiences you enquired about, including guided tours and olive oil tastings, are indeed subject to service fee, which covers sourcing, availability checks and full coordination with our trusted providers.
We are genuinely sorry to hear that you felt our service was off-hand or rude.Throughout our exchanges, our intention was always to assist you and to help resolve the difficulties you encountered as much as possible.
We regret that, despite our efforts to assist you, your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback.

Best week ever
We have just returned from probably the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. From the initial booking with Provence Holidays who were excellent throughout to the contact with Marjorie and Jean Francois the process was faultless.
The gîte, Bastide Leontin literally blew us away. The outside space was private and well equipped with Sun loungers, parasols, inflatable, for the pool, BBQ, ping pong table and a boules court. The garden was private and enclosed. Even the lawns were maintained daily by robo mower!
The interior was spotless upon arrival. All of the 5 bedrooms were fully air conditioned and easily adjusted for your comfort as was the whole building.
For those of you that want to cook the kitchen was fully equipped in fact I cannot think of anything it did not have.
The village was easily accessible and well equipped with walked into it daily for our morning croissants. Lots of interest in the village too, the Moulin Bonnet windmill a must walk (take water) is well worth it for the panoramic views.
The property is also within driving distance of many places worth a visit. We managed
Avignon, Pont du Gard aqueduct, Orange, for the amphitheater, Arles with its many well preserved Roman ruins. Also Chateau de Pape.
So if you are looking for a perfect holiday property in a perfect location for exploring you would do well to consider Bastide Leontin.

The property Mas des Figues was beautiful but gates need replacing
The property Mas des Figues was beautiful, well equipped and great size for ten guests. The pool kitchen was the best- great for all being together.
The only reasons for not giving the full five stars is although the pool is heated it is still very cool and the electric gates to the property are a nightmare to open/use with only one key working which then stopped working so we were locked in the villa for over 30 mins at one point, we couldn’t get hold of the concierge or the owner on the phone and missed a booked appointment. And also a severe safety hazard. In the end we had to google how to disable the gates as there were no instructions. So if the gates were better or replaced we would give 5 stars.

Beautifully appointed house
Beautifully appointed house , perfectly clean and welcoming. Garden and pool all on same level so very safe for children and older people.

Our dream vacation
We went to the Villa Mont des Oiseaux with 19 persons: 11 adults, 8 children between 3 and 13 years old. We are a big familiy.
It was fabulous. The house was perfect to either find silence or to be all together and have fun. The equipment was absolutely stunning, the pool and garden wonderfull, the terrasse up on the rooftop of the poolhouse had such a gorgious view, always a breeze, silence - just wonderfull and peacefull.
It was my 70th birthday and I wanted these holidays to built memories for my children, grandchildren and children-in-law forever. To find time to talk, to play with the children and just be together. All of this has been achieved. We all are still thinking and dreaming of these special days and I am very thankfull to the team of Provene Holidays for there kindness and reliability. They were there for us when we had questions, they helped us - really absolutely perfect. Thanks to everybody.

Mas Mollégès is a beautiful place
Mas Mollégès is a beautiful place. It is a green park-like garden with a well equipped, ancient house. Owners and housekeepers are lovely and very helpful. There is a lovely pool (is bigger than it looks on the photos), a private tennis court, table tennis, badminton, etc. A great starting point for discovering the beautiful Provence region.

très bonne expérience, la maison était parfaite. Cependant il y a tout de même quelques défauts.
Il a fait très chaud cet été et ça continuera, la pièce de vie doit être climatisée, au moins pour maintenir un peu de fraicheur, nous avions très chaud le soir. La chambre ça ne suffit pas. Le concierge sympathique mais maladroit. On ne dit pas à un client, vous n'êtes que deux ? ça va être grand pour vous... nous faisons ce que nous voulons avec nos moyens, nous payons la presta.
Enfin, malgré l'emplacement intéressant, la maison n'est pas située "a deux pas du centre de l'Isle".

my family and I had the most wonderful…
my family and I had the most wonderful week in this very special Villa. we came together from four different countries and two continents - and it was truely worth it!! the location was unknown to us, but it was close enough for a day-trip to Cassis, for experiencing the Calanques, a trip to Aix and of course a memorable dinner at Chateau de Fonscolombe.
this was a great suggestion from Provence Holidays which have also been super helpful in organising this special time.
