Akeshi was fantastic from start to finish in helping me arrange a 14-night multi-centre holiday to Thailand.
He took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and put together an itinerary covering Bangkok, Krabi, Koh Samui and Phuket, including the flights, hotels and transfers. With so many different elements to organise, he made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
What impressed me most was his knowledge, patience and attention to detail. He was always happy to answer questions.

Poor service once they got your money unfortunately
We booked a multi-stop Thailand trip with Blue Lotus Vacations: Bangkok, then a flight to Krabi, a drive into the jungle for the Elephant Hills experience, a roughly five-hour drive to the ferry for Koh Samui, and a flight on to Phuket. We did a lot at each stop, and the destinations and activities themselves were genuinely enjoyable. On that narrow point, the trip worked.
The problems were price, communication, and basic follow-through.
While we were there we checked hotel and flight prices. Our package was about £6,000. Based on what we saw, we could reasonably have arranged a similar trip ourselves for around £4,000. That is roughly £2,000 more than we needed to pay for the convenience of using them.
Once the money was paid, support was poor. We contacted them several times on WhatsApp while we were travelling and needed practical advice. Replies often came days later, which made them effectively useless on the ground. At this price you would expect someone available to help with travel issues, not a message that arrives after the problem has already passed.
The serious issue was the flights. We are both tall and paid extra for extra-legroom seats. My wife has had a knee replacement and I have had spinal surgery, both sports-related; otherwise we are fit. They did not book the correct seats on the outbound flight via Hong Kong, so we had to sit in the seats they had actually reserved, not the extra-legroom seats we had paid for. Twelve hours in the wrong seats caused significant pain and set us back about a week of a three-week trip. We would not have travelled on those seats if we had known.
We returned in May. It is now October, and they have not replied to our emails about a refund of the extra we paid for those seats.
We also did not realise until after we had paid that the company is Indian-run. That in itself is not the complaint. The complaint is that the service after payment did not match the price: slow replies, no useful travel support, incorrect seat booking, and months of silence on a refund request.
We enjoyed Thailand. We would not use this company again, and we would not recommend paying their markup for this level of after-sales support.

Had been a customer for the past couple of years now whenever I travel back home for my holidays. This is the first time I am travelling back home alone since I lost my husband last year, where they also offered me a great help rebooking my ticket .
