This our first time using southampton cruise and it was very good pleasant conversation with Amy Hession she was able to answer my queries to look for flights and hotel and she gave some advice.i'll be using again southampton cruise.-Darius 🇬🇧

I really feel I have to give another review for Diane , because once again she has gone above and beyond for me.

Only a week after the last booking, I needed her help again with booking the cabin I wanted for two back-to-back cruises In April 2028. As soon as the cabins went on sale, the website went down and the phone lines were closed within minutes because of the demand.

I honestly thought I was going to miss out on the cabin I wanted, but Diane just kept going. She persevered when I’m sure many people would have given up, and somehow managed to get everything sorted and secure my preferred cabin.

What really stands out to me is that this wasn't just a one-off. She had already gone to an extraordinary amount of trouble for me the previous week, and then a week later she did it all over again.

I know how busy these bookings can be when cabins first go on sale, and I also appreciate that she had no control over the website or the telephone lines. What she could control was how much effort she was prepared to put in — and she certainly did that.

I honestly feel very lucky to have Diane looking after my bookings. She knows exactly what area of the ship I want to be in and my favourite cabins and she takes the time to try and get exactly what I want. I know that when she says she will try to do something for me, she really does try.

I can't thank her enough. She is an absolute star and a real credit to the company.

Lovely bright and quick staff, all of whom were super friendly and kind and Charlotte has been truly amazing. She grasped my exact needs in a minute and was on the case 👍

I have received good advice, every notification Charlotte has received I have had forwarded

Nothing was too much trouble including dealing with all the fuss around my wheelchair compliance

Don't bother asking if I would recommend - I already have to 2 groups of people I volunteer with, one of whom is filled with avid cruisers 😁👍

Jenny helped our party book a cruise. She was very helpful in fact brilliant and very thorough. Even checked passports were in date, by checking date of issue, not the expiry date, hence mine needed replacing

Able to select preferred cabin

Booked 2 cruises with two ladies caitlyn and lindsey. Both were extremely helpful and caitlyn rang a few times and sent emails to get us exactly what we needed.

Heather was amazing in helping to book our cruise! It will be our first time cruising, and Heather helped to ensure we got the best deal for what we wanted! They explained how booking the right package would give us more onboard credit for just a few pounds more! Thank you, Heather!

Really easy to book and arrange. Great that we can pay each month, makes it easier.

I booked online, I found it quite hard to work out if I was booking the right thing. When ghe confirmation came through it said twin beds and a table of 6 persons—- neither of which did I request. But a quick call to your customer service sorted it out easily.

Booking was made easy by doing it online.

The experience was very positive. The only problem we encountered was doing a bank transfer because I use generally face recognition to access my bank accounts, and found it difficult to remember my usual passwords. Overall it was a very good experience especially as I need help as I have mobility problems.
