Very nice spot! The house and garden are beautiful, the village Broadway is lovely.

Superb location, beach access great!! Great to have bread, milk etc in the fridge. Property really lovely, well equipped, spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Great choice of properties and the one we chose, The Coachhouse Tetbury was fantastic.

Four night stay in a property in St Ives in Cornwall. Property was as described on the website - in a fantastic location in the town.
The booking process and further communications from Sandstone Escapes were timely and helpful. Overall a great experience.

A really cool cottage in a great location. The stairs are a bit steep for the upper floor. Parking is a nightmare - but as a place to stay in St Ives this is great.

The cottage was cozy, charming and truly beautiful, with exposed beams, elegant style and a great sense of design in every corner. It was also very clean throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, and even small details like the welcome basket and the local area guide were thoughtfully and beautifully done. The outdoor patio table area was also lovely to enjoy. It was hard to pick just one highlight since there were so many. The location was great, right in the middle of town and walkable to all the shops and restaurants, with very easy parking and quiet at night. Booking communication was also smooth and easy throughout. We loved it so much it was genuinely hard to leave, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We like the location although it was very narrow. But this was foreseeable since the description was accurate. Only three stars because it was dirty and lot of spider nets.

A beautiful cottage in a very central location. We had a couple of minor issues like the code to enter the property we were given was incorrect which was frustrating after a long journey and the welcome pack described a bbq and firepit but there was not any of these and the company confirmed the property did not have them once we were there.

Booked for the weekend for a group of friends. Beautiful house and even bigger than anticipated. Ate breakfast outside under the fig trees, watched muntjac deer in the garden and stayed up late to star gaze. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach for a morning swim and 2 minutes to The Ship for dinner. Can’t wait to go back.

Great. I came across Sand & Stone on goggle when looking for a weekend break for my husband’s 60th birthday. We looked at the place we chose in the Cotswolds and knew it was the one. Booking online was easy to do and the communication emails were great and all very clear to understand.
I will be booking through Sand & Stone when looking for another break and will recommend Sand & Stone to friends.

Wonderful little cottage in the perfect location!

Cozy Cottage overlooking unobstructed spectacular view, it was something else. On a clear day you can see the outer Hebrides. My faves were the comfy, bed, telescope and the wool throws Cons, small kitchen,wood splitter needs to be anchored somewhere to make it easier to use, throwing out the trash is a trek, a few touches could elevate the property into a lux accomodation as it is now it's a 4. With a view like that though it's still worth it , highly recommend it

Fantastic experience overall and would definitely stay again. Probably the nicest quality home we’ve ever rented out, and we had a lovely stay. No complaints at all, besides me bumping my head a few times on doorways and beams since I’m 6’ 3” and it’s an old but beautifully renovated home - haha. The house was every bit as beautiful at the pictures online and had a wonderful outdoor patio that was in a courtyard. Location was also amazing and we could walk everywhere.

This is our second time using sand and stone escapes and they never disappoint. They always respond quickly to emails/calls and really give a top service. Their properties are beautiful, always wonderfully decorated with extra special touches when you arrive. We will absolutely be booking with them again!

Harbour Moon cottage was a great location.
