Goede site, service en communicatie
Goede site, goede service en goede communicatie. Wat er nog moet gebeuren naar aanloop van de vakantie kun je ook duidelijk zien in je eigen omgeving op de site.
2 kleinere aandachtspuntjes:
- het systeem met de borg vond ik persoonlijk wat omslachtig en ondoorzichtig
- het maken van foto's moet je al gelijk doen via Swikly (voordat je überhaupt op de plaats van bestemming bent) en dat gaat natuurlijk niet, als je er bent doe je het niet en voordat je vertrekt dus ook niet. Ik begrijp dat het is om discussie te voorkomen maar dit valt niet te vangen in een paar voor en na de verblijfsperiode foto's. Ik heb er dus ook geen gebruik van gemaakt maar loop daarmee dus wel ineens een risico dat er iets van mijn borg wordt afgetrokken terwijl ik daar geen schuld aan heb. Ik vind dit dus geen handig systeem.

The villa was Great
The villa was Beautiful, excellent location, pool and outside area really good apart from the pool was freezing it definitely needs to be heated even in the summer, great sized rooms, kitchen had lots of crockery, glasses, pots and cutlery, air con in the bedrooms was a real plus as it was so hot when we were there, great bathrooms and 2 extra toilets were a bonus, bathroom towels were all a good size and pool towels but could do with a few more T Towels being provided and a hand towel in the kitchen, easy check in someone met us at the villa and went through everything she was polite, friendly and spoke good English which was helpful,

Villa Nirvana - 5 star review
Initially an excellent set of Villa options. Detailed information to make the right choice. Easy to book. The villa was as advertised and in excellent condition. We were met by friendly hosts and all in all an excellent experience.
Villa Nirvana is in a lovely, quiet location just 5 minutes from the centre of Lourmarin. Plenty to see and do in the village, including a number of very good restaurants and two bakeries. A good sized supernarket is only 10 minutes drive away as well.
Lots of lovely villages nearby and Aix alao easily accessible. Very comfortable bedrooms and well appointed kitchen. Lots of shower rooms (one for each of the bedrooms), but only four toilets so a couple needed to be shared between two rooms.

Stunning property
Stunning property, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The pool and the garden were lovely areas to relax and eat in. Location was great, short walk into Gordes for croissants, restaurants and refreshments. Provence Holidays made the booking process very easy and were very helpful.

Leider haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit der Agentur. Wir haben ein Ferienhaus gemietet für eine Woche für € 6.800 und die Beschreibung war Lage an einer ruhigen Strasse. Leider lag das Haus zwischen 2 vierspurigen Strassen. An Urlaub nicht zu denken. Wir haben ein alternatives Ferienhaus gemietet, das mit einem last minute Rabatt angeboten wurde. Auch den hat Provence Holidays uns leider nicht gewährt. Unfassbar

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify a few important points.
You specifically requested a villa close to the center of Aix-en-Provence, and the one you booked is indeed only 7 minutes walking from the town center. This proximity, necessarily implies an urban setting. The villa itself is well located on a quiet street, as stated in the listing. There is indeed a larger road nearby, but it is not adjacent to the house.
In addition, the contract clearly stated the address of the property, and an email containing the exact GPS location was sent to you approximately one month before your stay. Given this, and because you decided not to stay on the day of your arrival, we were unfortunately not in a position to cancel the booking on such short notice.
Despite this, at your request, we managed to find an alternative villa able to accommodate you that very same day, which is far from straightforward during high season. We therefore regret that this leads to such a public review.

Perfect Mas des deux…
We were welcomed to Mas des deux Muriers by the charming owners who immediately made us feel at home. The villa was perfect - spacious, stylish and well equipped. It was hard to leave the garden, the glorious pool, outdoor kitchen, boules area and table tennis but worth it to visit the restaurants and lively market of St Remy which is only a few minutes drive away. Thank you, it was a wonderful holiday for all three generations of our family.

Our stay at Villa Cali
Everything about our stay at Villa Cali was exceptional. The villa is superbly designed, with breathtaking views over the sea from every room and a large and relaxing pool area. Every feature in the villa is tailor-made for comfort and enjoyment. The facilities are brand new and of luxury class. Provence Holidays made the reservation process simple and clear and upon our arrival, the concierge gave us a guided tour and explained how everything worked. From before our arrival, the owners were in close contact with us and rapidly answered the few questions we asked. The villa is located just a few kilometres from a range of beaches and the whole region is beautiful. All in all, our entire stay was memorable and one we intend to repeat.

he property was advertised and priced…
he property was advertised and priced as a high-end holiday home, but unfortunately, the reality did not match the price we paid.
For a house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, only four towels were provided, which is simply inadequate. The garden was not properly maintained, there were too few parasols and the ones available were old and worn. The sun loungers around the swimming pool were also clearly past their best and in need of replacement.
By the end of our stay, we began to understand why the property appeared to be receiving so little attention: we discovered that the house was for sale.
That made our experience even more disappointing. We were left with the impression that, with the property being sold, there was little willingness to invest any further in its maintenance or guest experience, while it continued to be rented out at a premium price.
We have no issue with a property being for sale. What we do object to is being charged the full price for a high-end holiday home when the level of maintenance, equipment and attention to detail clearly no longer reflects that standard.
At this price level, guests are entitled to expect considerably better. In our view, the price charged was simply not justified by the condition and level of service provided.

We had a wonderful stay in Bastide…
We had a wonderful stay in Bastide Lacoste. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were expertly appointed. We loved all the facilities that came with the villa and the various sports were a great counterbalance to relaxing with a book by the pool. For us this villa was in an ideal location, being only a short walk from Lacoste and we did enjoy our meals at Café de France. The team at Experience Provence were very professional and were very helpful in sorting out our airport taxis. All in all this was a superb holiday experience which we would love to repeat again.

A wonderful place for a family holiday.
We had an amazing holiday at The Moulin. Its location and facilities are superb for a big family holiday. Jérémie, the owner was incredibly helpful, replying to emails promptly and answering any questions we had. He was also on hand throughout our stay in case we had any problems, which we didn’t.
The company weren’t particularly helpful and the system for paying the security deposit seemed cumbersome and involved an administrative fee.
That said I would thoroughly recommend the Moulin, it is even better than the photos suggest and has everything you need for the perfect holiday.

Picturesque villa
The house is what you picture when you think of a French country side villa. It was incredibly spacious, bright, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. It had anything you could need. The kitchen seemed well stocked, including 2 coffee machines, a toaster, pots/pans and etc. There was also a washing machine and a drier in the house which came in handy. The pool was perfect and well maintained. The area around it was also great- full of seating, loungers and towels. There was a grill ( green egg) and all the necessary accessories. The host met us at arrival, addressed questions/concerns we had, offered recommendations and let us know they were only a text away. The house located in an area that easily permits you to access numerous towns. Could not recommend the house enough! In fact, pondering if we should return next year.
