Cruise Advice & Guidance
Just returned from a Norwegian Fjords cruise and can not fault the help and advice provided by Ocean World Travel when we booked our holiday back in August 2025.
As first-time cruisers, we knew nothing about the process and struggled with some of the terminology, but the support given by Ocean World Travel was invaluable.
We were very impressed with how smoothly everything ran from start to finish, were really pleased with the location of our cabin, and thought the welcome treat was a lovely touch.
We are already looking at other cruises and wouldn't hesitate to use Ocean World Travel again.

Outstanding Customer Service
First contact was quick, informative and polite.
Very impressed that when I phoned back to confirm the booking on a late Sunday afternoon, not only was the company open and taking calls, but I received a cheery, polite and very professional service. I felt no pressure to buy and was afforded as much time and as many questions as I needed to clarify the exact details of the booking.
Cannot praise this company highly enough for their customer service. Ocean World Travel is now my default choice for bookings.
