The driver swore at me after I caught him dropping the parcel and running (didn't even ring the door bell. I called out to him to at least ring the bell otherwise the parcel could have left there and gone missing over the weekend. He yelled out "Hey f... k you as he sped off. The sad thing is that it now makes it difficult to buy from the same supplier now.

SCAM!! They say they’ve delivered parcels when they haven’t and don’t get back to emails and no option to call! This is a SCAM!

I’m now waiting on my second package to be delivered from them. This one is one to replace the first one they failed to deliver or lost. It has been in their care in my state for 4 days now, and yet I’ve had no update. Customer service is abysmal, it took them 3 weeks to respond to my second email about my lost package. This package was a Christmas present so if that doesn’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting I don’t know what will. Micro Express is beyond a joke of a company.

Waited around all day as I received an update stating my parcel was on board for delivery. Had to leave for work at 2.50 pm. 30 minutes later I got another update stating my parcel had been delivered and left in a “safe place.”

I only work 5 minutes from home so quickly came back and could not see my parcel anywhere. Checked every house along the street as I’ve read previous reviews about parcels being dropped off at the wrong address etc.

I live in a one way in/one way out estate and reviewed CCTV footage from when I left for work until when I returned home. At no point does any person or vehicle enter the estate to deliver my package.

Lodged a complaint online yesterday and haven’t heard back. There is also no phone number or address listed for this scam of a company.

It’s beyond frustrating when you can’t choose your courier and your goods end up in the hands of a company with this level of incompetence.

Awful experience, and the first time I’ve ever had to write a review about a courier company.

One star is generous. They claimed an item had been delivered 9 Feb, not so. Today - 11 Feb - MicroExpress delivered a parcel to my porch where the address was absolutely clear - not even my street, let alone street number!! I was able to catch up with deliverer to advise and return incorrect parcel, so asked about item purported to be delivered 9 Feb. She looked in her car and found the package - so it was NOT delivered on 9 Feb and I had spent hours following up to try to track it down. Pathetic. Worse than pathetic in fact. They have one job ffs.

This company is obviously a scam, I realised this after reading many non delivered items here.
They are stealing people's goods.
The tracking on my item shows "delivered and left in a safe place" however I was in my front yard when they said it was delivered and nobody delivered anything, I contacted micro express and they relieved me of $43 and said they would give $41 back this costing me $2 to search for missing parcel, they then put a "computer technician" onto me who then wanted a further $56 from me to go further, it seems that I cannot contact them for them to credit the $43 back for doing absolutely nothing, and apparently they want to take $43 every month from now!
The only way I can think of stopping this is to cancel my card, there doesn't appear to be a way of cancelling the "membership"

Delivery was delivered to wrong house wrong road wrong number left on path twice worst ever don’t use very unsafe delivery

I do not expect my parcel to be left sitting on the top of my letterbox right near the main road where anyone could take it or the wind could blow it away.
Yet the delivery person's message said it had been left in a safe place.
If it hadn't been for my neighbour who saw it left there and told me to come and see. I'm sure it would not have been there 5 minutes later on such a busy street.
This is disgraceful!
I'm contacting the company who used Micro Express to inform them of this careless delivery service on the18th January 2024.

They took photos on my front lawn and then at my front door but were seen outting the parcels back in the van and driving away!!!
I don't know why any International companys would allow them to deliver they should just stick to Austalia Post I habe had no problems or breakages with APO. now these crooks took over $700 in stock!!! Bloody disgusted they are bloody thieves!!!

Package successfully delivered :)

Parcel supposedly delivered, photo of delivery sent showing parcel by a front door. Problem was, it wasn't my front door. I have checked my delivery address details, and they are correct. Don't know where my parcel was delivered. Delivered later that evening, no explanation as to why my item was delivered to totally the wrong address. Wouldn't recommend this company .

very cheap quality unprofessional courier company with no real number to call. I emailed them 5 times but no reply and they have wasted my $250 parcel

I can’t believe this company my parcel has sat in their depot for about a week when they changed the label to their companies they have done pre empting and have sent it to an address in Adelaide and I’m in Mt Gambier my Item was addressed to mt gambier when it left America now I can’t get a phone number to let these twits know what they have done would never recommend this service to anyone

“Delivered” my parcel to the middle of a public park, 100m from my home address… unsurprisingly the parcel was stolen before I got home.
Absolutely terrible experience. Do not use the company. Haven’t responded to any of my emails. May as well be crooks.

Goods arrived in Australia and it took MicroExpress 10 days to deliver approximately 10km. When they finally got off their lazy arses the idiot left it ON TOP of my letterbox for any passing random to take. Couldn’t be bothered walking 5 metres to my front door and knocking. Then sent an email! As if people at home are on their emails constantly.
Do not use this “Delivery Service”. They don’t deliver and there is no service.

Got the road right but ultimately delivered to wrong address, my neighbour had to pass the parcel to me

The address was correct But the courier delivered it to the wrong address. The address he delivered it to told the guy wrong address he just walked off

I was told my parcel was delivered 16/8/3023 but it was not, can’t contact them as the phone number they display is wrong, I’m hoping I can get a refund, this company is pathetic, DO NOT do business with them

My goods weren't delivered, as they said they were, I'm out of pocket no tracking emails nothing. Thieves obviously stolen by someone in Micro Express, driver or worker ect. Cant contact them the no on their website is false. Stating delivered at 14.5.2023 at 07.14 am. No way was it delivered at that time in the morning if so why wasn't a delivery card left and no emails nothing. I've done everything possible to contact them to no avail. I can now see why their name is mud. Apparently this is common practice for them, avoid this company at all costs very shonky, police involved now.
