We were expecting advance notice to schedule delivery based on the email confirmation stating, “Our Delivery Partner will contact you directly once the shipment arrives in their facility,” especially given the broad delivery window of April 8–May 11. Instead, I received a call from the driver saying he was about six minutes away. I had to leave work abruptly to meet the delivery. While the item was delivered, the overall experience felt rushed and less professional than expected. I wanted to share this feedback, as clearer communication and more notice beforehand would have made for a much better experience.
Stay away from this company. They should be put out of business. I've been trying to receive a $2500 sauna for my heart health for 2 months its been stuck at the warehouse. They wont respond, there is no live chat, no support. I'm having to chargeback.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Hub Group Final Mile. My refrigerator delivery has been rescheduled four separate times, and I’ve now been waiting over two weeks with no resolution.
Each time, I was given a delivery window of 3–7 PM EST, yet on two occasions, I received calls after 7 PM, completely outside the agreed timeframe. Most recently, I was called at 10:47 PM and asked if they could deliver my fridge within 30 minutes—completely unreasonable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the customer service experience has been just as frustrating. The representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, and at no point did anyone apologize for the repeated delays or inconvenience. It feels like my delivery is consistently pushed to the end of the day or deprioritized altogether.
After four cancellations, poor communication, and a lack of basic professionalism, I cannot recommend this service to anyone expecting reliable or respectful delivery.

If I can leave no stars I would, this company is fraudulent. They said they attempted to pick up my order and failed. I have been home all morning and even called out of work just to be here and they never showed up. I’m now calling Better Business Bureau on them. Do not use.

They had my order for 3 weeks before. It was the lived kept on scheduling canceling scheduling canceling 3 weeks I waited for my order. The truck came, didn't text me, didn't ring. My bell took pictures of my home but never rang my belt or texting me and then left I had to wait another week, horrible, horrible company. The driver's work excellent when it got delivered.I wouldn't even give it a star

Costco delivered a dishwasher for us, and their crew broke the water line under our sink installing it. For about 10 minutes, scalding hot water poured into our cabinet, ruining our cabinet, seeping into the floor, and likely causing mold. 9 days later, we still have received zero support from Costco or the third parties through whom they outsource customer service and insurance claims.
If you buy a dishwasher from Costco, cross your fingers and hope everything goes right. If it doesn’t, you are in TROUBLE.

This was for an Article purchase. Received tracking number promptly and was able to look up status easily. The two delivery guys arrived early in the stated window, took less than a minute to get it off the truck. I thought they would only drop it at the front porch but they kindly brought into my front entryway. Very nice guys. Thank you again!

This company was VERY, VERY CLOSE (and still is not out of the window) to me filing suit against them for breach of contract! They were supposed to deliver my furniture a week ago. They DID NOT SHOW UP and THEY DID NOT CALL. The next day, I received a call from a woman at "Hub Group" whom I could barely understand on the phone, apologizing for not delivering my furnture. We mad an agreement that they would deliver it the following Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, I received a call from the truck driver who had my chairs on his truck. He stated, "I don't know why these fools put this on my truck. I'm on the other side of the state today. I can't deliver your chairs." Again, the next day (today, Wednesday), I received a call from the same hard to understand woman, who promised that they would deliver my chairs tomorrow (Thursday). IF MY CHAIRS ARE NOT DELIVERED TOMORROW, I WILL FILE SUIT AGAINST HUB GROUP FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT! I will do this to make a point. Run a professional business or get sued!

their last mile delivery service is trash they don't call you they don't confirm they are coming or email you, they did not show up and i wasted a whole day waiting for them. they rescheduled our mattress from jcpenney to the next day without even telling me. i won't be ordering anything from jcpenney again or anyone that use their crappy service, theres no call line either. all you can do is chat. their service is complete garbage they dont' care about their customers at all. if i could i'd give zero stars i'll never use or buy anything that use them as a delivery company.

Final mile guys inept, complained I didn't have a sidewalk... perhaps because I live in the forest..., had broken jacks, and wanted to leave a 600+ plus generator in the dirt (forest) drive for a 70 year old woman to deal with.
I tried numerous ways to contact hub group...perhaps they are as inept as the unqualified, unprepared, clueless delivery guys.
Maybe Hubgroup won't answer the phone because all they get is complaints.
My next step is contacting Amazon.

I have had 2 horrible experiences with HUB group for 2 different types of delivery services. One being an Echelon bike that was supposed to be replaced as it was defective. When the new bike was delivered they refused to take the old bike away stating Echelon had not told them to remove even though I had an email confirming that it was to be removed they did very little to try to make it right and stated I had to go through Echelon. They didn't seem to even understand all the components of the new bike. When I called Echelon they stated they would request for the same company to come back to remove the old defective bike and the company refused stating we were too far out for them to make it worth while and now i'm stuck having to remove this myself at my own cost. I also ordered new appliances recently through GE and was given a delivery date a month in advance I took off of work and re-arranged my entire schedule to accommodate. I never received notice or a phone call with a delivery window despite leaving my number for a return call. On the day of delivery at 11:13am they called to state my delivery would be the following week between 7a-4p. No explanation given. I stated I had a saved screenshot from them stating a different date. They even stated they had no idea how I could have gotten a confirmation even though it came from their own site... They refused to escalate the matter or furnish any kind of excuse. I truly hope that GE stops using them they are an abysmal service and GE is not.

We had two delivery drivers are at our home yesterday to deliver and install a microwave. They showed up and were extremely difficult, rude and disrespectful. They refused to install our microwave and stated that they didn’t have enough time and needed to get back on the road to get home. During our interaction they began to get frustrated and speak in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them. We did understand you and didn’t appreciate your unkind words and foul language. There are people out there that are bilingual! Horrible company, horrible workers and a total waste of our time. I pray we never have to encounter this company or their employees again.

Anytime and I mean ANYTIME you see that this company is going to deliver an item, just know:
1. They will not come on the day they first state
2. When they do come, the item will not be on the truck
3. They will scratch up or mess up something and no recourse.
Companies, please pick better delivery company!! They have horrible checks and balances and no customer support.
