I would give them NO stars if I could. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They gave me a ‘three day window’ for delivery, turned up without any advance notice. Say as I wasn’t in they returned my parcel back overseas. Nowhere to ring to complain. Emailed three times.They don’t answer emails. I have reported to my supplier.

I was horrified to see that something I ordered was being delivered by micro express because in the past I had had a similar experience to many of the reviews here. But this time it was not only delivered to my address, but left at my door. The tracking was also accurate while the package was in their possession! Well done guys! It’s only fair to give the thumbs up when they do a good job. The way you deliver our packages is important to us, so thank you! This delivery took place in Adelaide.

For those who aren’t aware, this company even changed their website domain from .net to .com to dodge the flood of negative reviews — a very shady move.

From what I’ve gathered, they operate by hiring random people who often juggle multiple jobs and pay them minimum wage. Drivers reportedly get paid per parcel — around $2 for small items and $5 for large ones — and they even have to cover their own fuel costs. This business model, commonly seen in Sydney and Melbourne, explains why the service is so inefficient and unreliable.

They received my parcel in mid-May, and their warehouse is literally just a few suburbs away, yet they haven’t even attempted delivery. I wouldn’t be surprised if my parcel is still sitting forgotten in a corner somewhere.

To make matters worse, my parcel contains fragile glassware, and based on other reviews, I’m seriously concerned it’ll either be thrown over the fence or arrive damaged. Communication is non-existent — don’t bother emailing them, they don’t reply. And their new website? No phone number listed at all.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid if you can

This the one delivery dishonest company I every deal whit they couldn't bring my parcel to my door knock the door or leave at front door where ever they left my parcel am now 150 dollars worst off scum bags

Appeared to have just thrown the parcel over the gate. Left lying on entrance path for someone to steal. Wouldn't recommend. Other services share care by leaving parcels on verandah in a safe place

Package apparently delivered on 10/4 at 00.23 am left in plain sites 1mtr inside driveway for any passing pedestrian to see and steal which apparently happened.or did it. This company needs to be investigated by police obviously upto something corrupt or illegal

Found a parcel for a neighbour on top of my A/C unit this afternoon, in clear sight of the street. I live in a 3 unit strata, and could not be bothered to take it two more doors down to where it was supposed to be delivered. If I could take it down to them, so could the lazy sod who left it there.

Micro Express - the WORST courier service ever - falsely blamed their delivery delay on me, saying ‘Address issue.’ They never contacted me about an address issue.
Their tracking had my delivery status at ‘returned to warehouse - awaiting next delivery cycle’ and it’s been like that for 16 days and counting.
Micro Express don’t reply to emails and I was waiting for over 40mins to speak with someone when my call was disconnected.

Garbage service. Pretended to deliver my package. Took a "picture" as proof. The picture was of the most possible closeup of the package as physically possible to obscure the lack of delivery (I assume). The mailbox that is barely visible in the background of it is grey. I have a brick mailbox. I also have CCTV cameras all around my house. No delivery was even attempted. These guys are horrible. They don't even have a number listed to call them. What an absolute joke.

Stop leaving parcels on my letter box.

The front door is literally metres away.

Package left on street next to letterbox as it didn't fit through letterbox slot and the delivery person seemingly couldn't be bothered walking 10 steps to the front door. Completely inappropriate.

Tossed a package over our fence into the front garden. Didn't bother to walk it 10 meters up to the front door or leave in a safe place. Our front gate is a simple pedestrian gate and has no lock - no reason not to use it.

I am utterly disgusted by this courier. the status shows that it was delivered and left in a safe place (tracking number ME1729012377695VRE) however I have cameras which cover the whole frontage of my property and there was no sign of anyone placing anything in a safe place on the date and time they say the parcel was delivered and left in a safe place.
not even a photo of where the safe place may have been.
so now I have lost my $100 and have no parcel to show for it which has infuriated me!!!!
I have sent emails to Micro Express and have not received a single acknowledgement back from them.
Surely there is someone who can investigate this courier company? why are they delivering parcels at night time and not taking photos or getting signatures?!

The parcel was thrown over my gate. While it is okay that is incredibly unprofessional.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. We have a very visible front door with a porch and a screen door. Randomly went out there saw a package I guess my son ordered, just at the fence line by the road . Was bleached it sat there for so long

THE FOLLOWING IS AN EMAIL I HAD SENT FOR THE VERY POOR DELIVERY I RECEIVED.....TO whom it may concern,

My reference is ME1733273110661CZL.

I was absolutely discussed in the way this delivery person left my parcels. He/she simply put them through my tubular fence in the garden bed about 15 metres away from my front door.

No attempt to ring the door bell at all or even bother to walk to it.

It was not a safe place as I have sprinkler systems that go on automatically and also, it was very much in plain sight for anyone walking past to steal and take for themselves. Please find who done this and tell them to lift their game or make redundant. 

After a first attempt to deliver, where there was no notice that they were actually delivering, it said, nobody home, so I forgave that, but the next delivery they said they left it in a safe place. i didn’t recognise the place. Turns out it was the Tennis Centre next door, by the time I found the place the package was long gone. Do not recommend

Parcel was delivered at 11.55pm. Obviously due to the time did not knock on front door. Left by mail box. This is 2nd time they have done this. First time a cat urinated all over my parcel. Do not respond to emails. Appalling customer service. Will be contacting the company I purchased the goods from to advise I won't be purchasing from them anymore.

My security camera shows the driver throw my parcel on the front doorstep where everyone could see. NOT A SAFE PLACE. They may as well have left it on the street. Obviously it was stolen. All they had to do was put it in a SAFE PLACE!! Or take it to the postoffice. Wouldn’t use this company if you have a reputable business.

Disgusted. My parcel was left on footpath. In 33 degree heat. 5 more steps they could have put in letter box. Don't use.
