The worst freight company I have ever experienced. Impossible to communicate with, they don't answer e-mails and the people who are on the phone tell you one thing and something else happens. Tried to deliver a freight order to my residence and did not make an appointment, just expected me to be home to receive it on their terms. I see why they have a 1 star status. How are they still in business???

This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The delivery was scheduled for Friday, but no delivery came. The prompt on the tracking site said "delayed". Saturday morning, I got the "out for delivery" prompt, and I waited doing nothing else all day, just waiting as it said that it would be delivered by 9pm. At 9:54pm the tracking said it was undeliverable, but nobody even made the attempt. According to my security footage they didn't even visit the site at all. I have received dozens of packages from this and other final mile delivery services via ebay and never had this problem. Tomorrow is Sunday and I can do nothing but sit until Monday and wait to try to follow up with customer service for a package I NEEDED ON FRIDAY. This company is awful. The worst I have ever dealt with. I don't even want to leave them one star but there is no "0 stars" option.

Then because we are 41 minutes south they only deliver to us on Mondays but that is not true either. I have never seen a more poorly run company in my life - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Relieved I got my package THIS Time!
This is an update on my package. Package was finally received. I still give 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. If my previous review did not make it clear that the poor service I received with this order and past orders was on the delivery process and not customer service, I would like to make that clear in this update.

1 Star – Avoid TForce Freight at 20760 Spence Road, Salinas – Total Disaster for My Business
I used TForce Freight (formerly UPS Freight) out of their Spence Road location in Salinas for critical equipment delivery to open my new business. What a complete nightmare.
They failed to deliver on the promised date, then lied to me repeatedly. I waited around all day for the truck, only to be told there was a “problem with the truck.” The next day, they called to say the box and crates don’t even fit on their truck—after accepting the shipment and taking my money! Then they tried to hit me with extra charges to deliver to the correct address, which they’ve had wrong from the start.
This has delayed my business opening, held up Monterey County city inspections, and caused major headaches. Even the inspectors are now warning people against using this company. Unbelievable incompetence—they shouldn’t accept loads they can’t handle. I still don’t have my freight because they apparently don’t have a suitable truck.
Worst freight experience ever. Stay far away from TForce Freight in Salinas if you value your time, money, or business. 0 stars if I could.

Poor Performance Trend Continues
I have used T-Force for the last 2 years and for 1.5 years it was great. About 6 months we started to notice some late deliveries. The delivery times quoted and expected have increasingly gotten worse. Now the pickup has started to be affected. So you are getting it on both ends with unreliable service. They also outsourced there customer service overseas and everyone knows the pitfalls of that. They can only tell you what you can already look up with your pro#. They provide very little help. Whereas they used to transfer you the local dispatcher who could actually give you solid intel on your shipment. Too BAD!!!!!

shipment was way late, kept waiting at home, no calls, no communication. Finally got a call outside of the window. Had to meet driver at another location with a truck. Item inside was expensive and was damaged. they denied claim. probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.

worse company ever! Again they are amending bills after delivery with re-classifications and weights. Charging excess! I guess this is their way of taking advantage and scamming the customers. Impossible to dispute asking for crazy stuff that does not satisfy them. Bill my customer the quote then get new bill adding 25-40% increases. Never seen this before. Last time they get me.
TForce wasted my time
TForce wasted my time. They refused to pick up my freight because they said, it was not palletized. I have shipped this exact freight at least 200 times and TForce has done it 10 to 15 of those times for me, now all of a sudden the driver decides he needs to call it in and his manager tells him no, unless I put it on a pallet. In fact I stood one on a pallet once and it got broken because a forklift driver clipped the top of a doorway and destroyed it.and if I lay it down on a 6 foot pallet, it's going to stick out a few inches on each end and likely to get squashed by another pallet. These people just wasted my time, impeded my shipping which will now have to be done by a more reputable trucking outfit next week.
Thanks for wasting my time TForce. Now I suppose you are going to try to bill me for showing up and wasting my time.

I did not have a choice of companies for my shipment but these people would never make a short list let alone a long list. Crate was held up in Vancouver, Canada for a week before they got it across the border coming to Nashville due to "customs paperwork". Since then it's been to Portland, Chicago, Louisville, Detroit, Columbus, Lexington and now Knoxville, 3 weeks after the crate left the warehouse. Still don't have the shipment and it would not surprise me if it's in Miami tomorrow. It's so bad that TForce even blocked the online tracking and show that it is in Nashville but continue to change the delivery date one day at a time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I’m extremely disappointed with TForce…
I’m extremely disappointed with TForce Freight. They delivered two high-value pallets but left them outside in the parking lot without obtaining a signature, without calling my team, and without any confirmation of delivery. When I called customer service to report this, my call was disconnected twice and I was told they were doing a “system upgrade” and to call back in an hour. No follow-up, no apology, and my shipment was left unsecured. This is unacceptable handling for high-value freight. I expect immediate investigation, clarification of delivery procedures, and compensation if any damage or loss is found.
Suggested actions for readers: Don’t rely on them for unattended or high-value deliveries unless you confirm procedures in advance.
Avoid T-Force like the Plague!!
They did not show on the date booked nor did they notify us or the booking agent. Then stacked pallets resulting in damaged goods at delivery.

I been waiting on a shipment that has been sitting in Las Vegas NV. for 3 DAYS now, and can not get a straight answer about when it "might" arrive.
(p.s. the final destination is a little over 100 miles away)
1 supervisor has had nothing but excuses with this - i have the emails for proof.
I have called their customer support appx 10x in 3 days looking for an answer- as their own website said it was in Vegas.
I called and left 2 voicemails at 2 different corporate offices & have not received any callback.
I have sent 2 emails to their generic corporate inbox & yup, you guessed it- no reply.
I even sent a message on messenger and got the runaround there too.
As i DID not hire them for this delivery, i wouldn't give them a half a star if i could.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.

Worst freight delivery experience I've had in some time.
They refused to deliver pallets to my rural location (refused to travel down crush n run finished gravel road) when others (e.g. Estes, UPS, Fedex Freight) do it all the time.
Staff is rude and unprofessional too - avoid.
Today
Today, January 28 around 2:00 PM, your company delivered a vending machine for my business, Harris Vending, in Van Nuys.
I want to highlight the outstanding professionalism of your driver (I believe his name was Alan). The delivery involved a very large semi-truck and an extremely heavy vending machine (approximately 900 lbs and over $6k), delivered to a public storage facility with very limited space and difficult maneuvering conditions.
Despite the complexity of the location, tight access, elevators, and space constraints, the driver handled everything calmly, professionally, and with great attention to safety. He worked cooperatively with the on-site staff, took the time to understand the situation, and ensured the machine was positioned correctly without damage.
At this moment, the machine has not yet been powered on, but visually it arrived in excellent condition — which speaks volumes about the care taken during transport and delivery.
I truly appreciate this level of professionalism, communication, and patience. Experiences like this build real trust.
Going forward, Harris Vending will confidently continue working with your company, as you have earned my trust through your service.
