These guys left my gymshark package outside the entrance of my apartment building which has a shared entrance with a busy inner city cafe. The photos they provided as proof of delivery also clearly show it was left right below the intercom and they did not bother to contact myself or the mail delivery service to have the package securely placed in the building. And I was home all day! As a result my parcel was stolen. I would never use this service especially after seeing many similar bad reviews

I wish I could tell of temu will use apple express for my order so I could just not make the order. They are so slow. (Out for delivery) means some time in the next week. Wish you could pick the delivery service when making the order.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I accidentally had a parcel ship to a wrong address. I caught it early, like two days after ordering it and it was only processing with the shipper so I asked if I could reroute my delivery to the correct address. No. But we could return it to the sender? Okay great. I followed along its tracking journey and as it continued to get closer to being delivered to the wrong house, I would call to confirm that it would be in fact RETURNED. Three separate people promised me it was being returned, but sure enough it was delivered to the wrong address. Tracking information never updated, still showed as processing a return. I know it was delivered, because I received a random message from someone online, sharing a picture of a package containing my PERSONAL INFORMATION - full name and phone number, plus the correct tracking number. Upon trying to contact Apple Express, I was given such a runaround. I was called a liar, accused of being in cahoots with the shipper (like what?), I was told endless amounts of times that I was wrong and that my parcel was being returned. There was no explanation or apology for what had happened until this morning, after waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I was put in contact with someone in charge. She agreed it happened, that it shouldn’t have happened, she told me she was sorry, but then told me “good news! they had retrieved my parcel, it was in their possession and was returning it asap!” However, this was not true. The person who received my delivery had informed me they took it to Canada Post because.. what else are they gonna do with mail that isn’t theirs? Upon hearing this, she basically told me I’m unable to be helped, it’s not their fault and there’s nothing more they could do for me before hanging up. I have never been more appalled by such a transaction and I pray to never have to do business with them again in the future.

I never received my item. They did not deliver during business hours. I called three times to reroute my package and each time I was fed lies. Being told the address was changed or that I would get a callback. My item was returned nonetheless! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would my package has been out for delivery in my local city for 11days. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY YOU WONT GET YOUR ORDER

Not impressed. They delivered my Amazon package (large envelope)today that was cut open from top to bottom. Not torn, cut with an exacto type knife. It was just metallic thread so obviously not something they wanted. Certainly would never use this delivery company.

They have an option to put your delivery instructions prior the date shown on their website for the expected delivery date. Not sure if anyone is even checking the instructions or just to waste some of your time for their awful and disgusting service. Not sure if they even understand English at all. Worst third party partner courier of ebay US.

Bad experience with the company. They say that they tried to deliver me 2 times... While I was in my appartement. I didn't receive any call. And before that, I gave the buzzer for the entrance. They could let also in my mail box.....

15 mn after they say they were at the building, I called customer service, no one could not give me any explanation.

If i could give a lower rating I would they flat out stole my package never made any attempt to deliver my package approaching over a month while customer support gas lights me every call pretending they were in contact with them rude unprofessional amongst the mountain of lies still waiting for my escalation btw.

The never scanned my package at the seller even if it seems they did the pick-up. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. Tracking s***. Not reliable. Never delivered my order and the product is no longer available to replaced it. So I am really pissed and told it to the seller as they reimbursed me, to never make business with them anymore or they will loose customers
Apple Express are THIEVES. No doubt. Just read all reviews everywhere: always the same story. They are keeping packages, clearly, for resale.

I received a text saying "your delivery will be there in 10 minutes" and I texted back immediately saying "ok just buzz unit # "and the delivery person texted me saying "I left now.I tried buzzing you 3 times"I was standing right next to the call box.Had my daughter go buzz unit and buzzer was working fine.Went to lobby package wasn't there.Texted driver"where is my package" he texted back "it isn't anywhere" said" I was filing complaint " and I am one to never complain but this was ridiculous.He then proceeds to argue with me via text and gaslight me that "your buzzer isn't working and I made several attempts and go ahead and make complaint and he will re deliver tomorrow "and I say "ok if you actually buzz me I will come get the package "I then get email from Amazon saying he made a delivery attempt at earlier time when I got first text and an attempt right at the time I was just texting with him arguing.WTH?!Never use this service.I will be reaching out to this company to make complaint but from previous reviews I can see it won't make much difference and I will be warning the company that I ordered from and Amazon that they should not use this company.I still dont know if my package will ever show up and not even an ounce of regret from that driver.I get that these guys work minimum wage jobs and they probably hate it but how would they feel if they were waiting for a delivery and were treated this way.The package was a gift for my daughter who is very disappointed now

This is a fraud company , their delivery partner landmark global emailed me that apple express lost my package how disappointing.

I lost my package because the delivery person didn't deliver it to the room number I provided on the address. When I called, they were irresponsible and told me I had to call the sales office to complain. That's so irresponsible. I spoke to them and they spoke in a way that sounded like they wanted to yell at me. It's very disappointing. I hope companies don't choose Apple Express for deliveries.

This delivery service could not find their backside with both hands. Poor communication. Do not deliver when they say they will.

Very poor service. My parcel wasn’t delivered because their driver doesn’t know how to scroll on the building directory to find the buzzer codes. He took my parcel back and I never saw it again.They failed to deliver! It’s the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. If there’s zero star, I would give them.

NB. This is an addendum to my previous review: apple express has finally delivered my package albeit after a three day delay and copious telephone calls and emails.

I dont want apple express to keep accepting my orders! My order has been in the facility for over 3 days now! It says that it will deliver on the 17th but still no updates! it took 15 days just to reach the local facility. And from my past orders from them, they didnt even BOTHER to deliver to my door, instead they just left it on the lobby!? I hate apple express

If there was a lower rating than 1 I would have chosen it. This company is so completely incompetent. My last five orders from Temu have all been late, very late. Apple express does not update their tracking and could care less if your package gets to you on time.

The worst delivery company Temu ever uses, I suspect they deliberately prevent us from receiving our deliveries. For example, the driver rings the doorbell, I answer, enter the code for him to get into the building, while I take the elevator down, and when I get to the bottom two minutes later, the package isn't there, even though he took a photo proving delivery. So ask yourself, who's the thief? I know who is. From now on, I'm canceling all my orders that will be delivered by Apple Express.la question c'est qui le voleur moi je sais qui en tout cas. eBay international shipping through DHL handed this off to apple express for the last leg of a package from US to Canada. It was marked as a workplace address. Our hours are 8-6 with someone at the desk at all times. We have had many packages delivered previously without issue from eBay. They claimed to come at 7:24pm and 4:52pm and that the business was closed... the doors are open until 10pm with a package receiving area, and also our receptionist is present until 6pm (for the second delivery) - they have now sent the package back to the shipper and refuse to help... it is not possible to schedule a delivery window... awful service. Rude customer service...
