Lieferung war nicht gar so schnell wie angegeben aber dafür hat sonst alles gepasst. Hüllen sind genauso, wie icu sie mir erwartet habe. Bin ein Fan! :)

Nicht empfehlenswert. Habe die Hülle nicht mal eine Woche getragen und schon löst sich der ganze Aufdruck. Die Hülle an sich selbst ist gut verarbeitet und auch schützend. Der Druck darauf hebt jedoch nicht.

Die Hülle an sich ist gut, allerdings wollte ich sie dennoch retournieren da ich die Falsche bestellt habe. Ich hab mich deshalb wie vorgegeben per E-Mail an den Kundenservice gewandt, aber bis heute keine Antwort erhalten ! Jetzt habe ich eine Hülle die meinem Handy nicht passt und laut Website ein Recht auf Rückgabe!
Poor quality for the money
Received my case after a couple of days. Delivery was good. What I’m not
So happy about, is that after two days of use, the back mirror of the case got scratched so badly. I don’t put my phone next to the keys and I never had this problem. I think the quality is very poor. Now after a few months it looks very scratched. For this price, I definitely don’t recommend this product.

Hallo,
nach meiner ersten schlechten Bewertung hat sich Merch Amsterdam sich mit mir in Verbindung versetzt und konnte endlich den größten Teil meiner Retouren bestätigen, dennoch nicht alle…
Ich muss immer noch 51,85€ bezahlen, für etwas, dass ich längst vor Monaten zurückgeschickt habe.
Ich weiß nicht mehr, was ich zu diesem Verkäufer noch sagen soll?!

Hoesjes zijn altijd prima en worden goed geleverd! Maar van de klantenservice is ‘t antwoord soms erg traag.

Bezorgtijd was iets langer dan verwacht, maar erg tevreden met hoe het hoesje eruit ziet. :)

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! All their good reviews are fake and they will never ship your product. I had to message them for 2 weeks straight after not getting an response from emails and repeatedly they said they were gonna ship my order and never did! It’s all a scam and unless you want to keep some sanity from this absolute crap place, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
ps: they sent me a message offering a free case if I took down this review. really shows some colors
Update: Since this company seems so obsessed over me to save their reputation here are a few of the reasons why I made a bad review and some tips from the company itself to learn from:
1. Truly understanding the English language: When I bought their case, it had claimed that there was “limited stock left” which in the dictionary means that there is a low amount of whatever is being discussed. So with that in mind, I went ahead thinking that since there was at least SOME cases left since it actually both said limited stock and a “few left”, then I would soon be shipped a case. However, the company claims that it is a pre-order which after rechecking the case’s page, does say so - but in the description of the case. And so let me go ahead and clear up some things; pre-order does NOT mean limited stock. While one refers that you still have at least some in your possession, the other suggests that you must undergo a process to get more in order to ship out to your customers. For that reason, the claim that it is a pre-order is very misconceiving cause instead of making it clear to your customers like you did when you said it was “low stock left” you decided to put it in the description where you could only know if you actually read it. Now while I do agree that it is partially my fault to have not read the description myself, given that the case was claimed to have a few left, I felt that there was at least some to be shipped. Also, absolutely nowhere besides that description will you know that it is a pre-order. It does not say in the confirmation email nor the front page of the website.
2. Nonexistent customer service: Truthfully, I was able to communicate with them but only by using the little help messenger thing on their website. Otherwise, if you tried DMing or emailing them, I’m sorry to say but you just wasted your time. For some reason, although they say email them for any questions or concerns, they never respond??? Even on their Instagram it’s like they lost the ability to reply. And on the note of customer service they also never update what’s going on with your order. Like going back to the pre-order discussion, they sent no updates on why it’s taking so long or if it was even a pre-order. I waited two weeks thinking it was because of COVID but due to their lack of ability to be transparent with their customers it seems that that was obviously not the case. However, I will agree that when I asked for a refund, they did give it right away so good job on that I guess.
3. Does not do what they say they will do: Here’s the thing about me, I online shop A LOT and I do so for many overseas companies. That’s why when it was taking long for my case to ship, I wasn’t that worried since I understood that it was international and could take longer with everything happening. However, after 2 weeks without updates, that’s when I reached out cause I did not know it was supposedly a pre-order and was thinking I was gonna get it shipped soon since it had said, once again, low stock left. So after 2 emails and one DM unanswered I finally reached them out on the help chat on their website asking when my package was going to be shipped. This happened on Dec. 3 and they replied Dec. 4 saying it was gonna be shipped the day after. I waited the day after until it almost hit midnight and asked once again if my order was shipped. They responded the next day (Dec.6) saying they were going to ask their warehouse to update my shipping info which still does not answer my question if it’s even shipped. I once again waited another day until almost midnight to ask for an update because I was getting concerned. Mind that it has been 3 days after they initially said it was to be shipped out. Then on Dec. 8, they claimed that my order was going to be shipped 100% which got me upset even more since they were still not giving me any type of detail if when it was actually going to be sent. As a result, I sent a very expressive message telling them how I was sick and tired of being told that it was going to be shipped but literally nothing has happened. I sent that on the day they said my order was going to be shipped 100% and then waited the entire day the day after for any response. I got none. So after 5 days of initially being told my order was going be shipped and then repeatedly getting vague answers of my order update I asked for a refund.
Now please leave me alone and learn to accept criticism :)

I don't know about customer service if anything goes wrong, but i do know, that i am very very pleased with how everything went, love the product, love the fast shipping and love their social media
