Llevo tres años usando el carrito y no puedo estar más contenta. Desde el primer momento me ha resultado muy práctico: es ligero, fácil de manejar y a la vez muy resistente.

Además, valoro muchísimo la atención recibida; siempre que he tenido alguna duda, Fiorela ha estado disponible para ayudarme con amabilidad y rapidez, lo que da mucha tranquilidad.

Sin duda, ha sido una gran compra. Estoy encantada con mi carrito Joolz Aer y lo recomendaría con total confianza.

Problem with stroller after light use

I purchased a Joolz Aer 2 stroller in September 2025 and began using it only after my daughter was born in December. The stroller has had extremely limited use — approximately 15 times over 3 months.

Despite this, the opening mechanism has already failed. The stroller starts to open, but the chassis does not fully release, and I now have to manually intervene for it to open completely. It no longer opens smoothly or as designed, which is unacceptable for a product in this category.

I initially assumed this could be related to the bassinet, but the issue persists even after switching to the seat, confirming that it is a problem with the chassis mechanism itself.

I contacted customer support and provided all requested information, including a detailed video of the issue, the serial number, and proof of purchase. Instead of receiving support, I was redirected to contact the Australia team — which is completely unrelated to my situation and not a viable solution given my location.

At this point, I am not even being offered basic technical guidance on what might be causing the failure, making it difficult to pursue repair independently. This lack of support is as concerning as the product defect itself.

For a premium brand, both the early mechanical failure and the ineffective customer support are disappointing. A stroller with such minimal use should not present this type of issue, and customers should not have to navigate irrelevant support channels to get assistance.

I expect clear guidance on the root cause of this issue and a practical path toward resolution.

Wij hebben een geweldige Joolz Geo 3

Wij hebben een geweldige Joolz Geo 3. We gebruiken hem voor onze beide kinderen. Zeer robuust, veel bergruimte, mooie uitbreidingen oa voor 2 kinderen. Dus de wagen zelf krijgt 5 sterren. Maar de service van Joolz is dramatisch. Als er een onderdeel kapot is, of je wil iets bij bestellen, bijvoorbeeld adaptors om de wagen uit te breiden, dan is de levertijd vaak erg lang (> maanden). Zo hebben we de wagen een aantal maanden niet kunnen gebruiken voor beide kinderen samen. En ook nadat een wiel kapot is gegaan (wat gebeurt bij intensief gebruik), kunnen wij de wagen nu niet gebruiken helaas.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service

The stroller is great. However the 10 year warranty is useless. No matter what hour you call, no one answers or returns your message. The email customer service takes weeks to respond. Oddly enough, they ship the replacement part right away when you pay for it.

Non existent warranty, would never recommend this brand again.

Leveringsproblemen

Erg blij met m’n kinderwagen (geo 3) maar helaas wel leveringproblemen met de adapters om de wagen om te bouwen naar een duo wagen. In februari besteld en verwachtte levertijd loopt inmiddels op naar juli!!!
Ben bang dat ik me nu toch moet oriënteren op een ander merk kinderwagen om beide kinderen te vervoeren. Dus leuk die mogelijkheid om de kinderwagen om te bouwen naar een duo maar ik heb er niks aan.

Terrible customer service and essentially no real warranty

It seems I’m far from the only customer who has had a terrible experience with this company’s customer service, and they appear to be doing nothing to improve it.

They don’t respond to emails, and their advertised warranty is misleading. In practice, it doesn’t apply unless you register the product online within a few months of purchase — despite the fact that they already have your purchase details. It feels like a convenient way to deny warranty claims and push customers into buying overpriced replacement parts instead.

I’ve already had to buy several replacements myself, which says a lot about the product quality. Unfortunately, the product itself isn’t great either.

I absolutely love my Joolz stroller

I absolutely love my Joolz stroller. It has held up incredibly well, even through rough use and tougher terrain. After 4 years and 3 kids, it’s still going strong, which really speaks to the quality and durability. My only downside is that certain replacement parts can be hard to find, and they aren’t always available in all the colors that the strollers come in.

Customer support very slow

We have loved our Joolz strollers and after our last one broke (totally expected after long use) we bought this one. After a bit of use it started to make a clicking sound. Customer support was so slow to respond, the problem hasn’t been resolved and I will probably buy a different stroller. Very disappointing experience.

Heel slecht, in november al een bestelling van een pre order gedaan. Deze zou januari binnen komen. Echter vandaag mail gehad dat het verzonden is

Ein wirklich toller Kundenservice

Ein wirklich toller Kundenservice. Ich benötigte ein Ersatzteil, welches nicht im Onlineshop auffindbar war. Mir wurde per Email sehr kompetent geholfen und das Ersatzteil wurde mir zugeschickt. Perfekt jetzt kann sich auch mein zweites Baby auf den Joolz Wagen freuen - und Mama sowieso. Danke!

Zeer goede service

Wij hadden de allereerste joolz aer, die wij al zeer stevig vonden. Jammer genoeg heeft die het begeven na 4 jaar. Contact opgenomen met Joolz service welke vlot verliep. Wij hebben nu de Joolz aer+ welke nog steviger aanvoelt als de eerste aer. Zeer tevreden klanten zowel van het merk als van de service.
