I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
These ads kept appearing on my social media so I thought I would give them a try. I have lipoedema, sensory issues and suspected EDS so I struggle with Bras.
Ordered 3 in size large which came from China (that should have been enough warning).
The under band immediately rolled up (major ick for me). Shoulder straps are thin and will not give any support (I'm a 34ff). The straps began to dig in after about 10 mins.
Would be ok for a lounge/sleep bra but would not be comfortable/supportive for all day.
I have been asked to pay to return them to the Netherlands or take a deduction of £8 from my refund.
Not happy at all.

Dyversa contacted me after reading this review and accused me of being unfair in mentioning the charge to return an item.
As far as I can see on their website, they do not mention return charges or even if the buyer is liable for a deduction from the value of the return. They quoted between £6 - £8 for their return label.

still wouldn't recommend as they sent wrong tracking information which in turn caused more stress, delivery eventually did arrive the following day but still took ages & just wouldn't recommend due to that & the quire simply rudeness of their tone in emails & the product isnt worth the price really its quite flimsy & thin with no support whatsoever

Despite ordering and paying for three bras on 18 March I have received no order confirmation or bras. My emails have met with no response. If there was a ‘no-star’ option, I would have given the company zero stars. Scam company; avoid at all costs.

I initially wrote a very harsh review based on long delivery time and poor fit. I was pleasantly surprised when the company reached out to me with positive suggestions about putting things right for me. I've received an immediate apology and refund. On the basis of this good customer service I've revised my review voluntarily. Dyversa did not ask me to do this.
and The bra I ordered took 19 days to arrive. I fell for the advertising hype which suggested the Everyday Bra and other products were something special. This was a standard pull-on bra, with poor sizing information and not at all suitable for a heavy bust. The under bust band was riding up immediately, in spite of me measuring carefully. Definitely would not recommend.

Bras fitted well considering no wire. They are very comfortable - maybe not providing the best support but good for a comfortable bra.
Customer service was great, responded to all my emails when I had concerns as delivery was taking a while. And provided me with a refund when one of the bras did not fit.

Item took 3 weeks to be shipped as they come from China. When received they didn’t fit and quality was nothing like the advert.
Have been trying to sort returns (they have to be retuned to Netherlands)for nearly a month now reaching nothing but dead ends.
Not worth the hassle Marks and Spencer have a better product.

The website stated 3-8 day delivery, with no clear indication that the item was being shipped from overseas (China!). In reality, my order took four weeks to arrive.
When it finally turned up, the bra was extremely poor quality. The material feels like thin tights fabric, offers virtually no support, and is uncomfortable to wear. It looks nothing like a supportive garment, it does not look like the adverts, and is not fit for purpose.
When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told I could either keep it for a 50% refund or return it at my own expense to an address in the Netherlands. After I complained, they increased the offer to 75% — but still expected me to pay international return postage for a faulty, low-quality item.
To make matters worse, the tone of customer service has been rude and unprofessional.
This feels like a drop-shipping operation with misleading delivery information and very poor aftercare. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

Was sent size small (S) instead of XL. I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT WAS DENIED. IT was their error. Oh well they missed out as I was going to order 2 if they hit it right. BEWARE of this company. Oh and like others took over a month to arrive. Would be better ORDERING direct from China myself. Actually this is the second item with a .nl address where the same thing has happened.
Placed the order nearly a month ago, still not received. Think this is a China based company, that's why it takes so long.
Unfortunately, I placed an order thinking this would be shipped from the Netherlands.
I received an email notifying a delay in dispatch, then radio silence for two weeks. Finally, a shipping notification, but it transpires that the items are coming from China.
Almost 3 weeks after payment, my order is STILL tracking in China.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Bestelling erg laat geleverd. Geen contact meer mogelijk na levering. Retourlabel wordt niet geleverd, dus retour zenden niet mogelijk en aankoopsom minus retourkosten worden dus niet teruggestort op bankrekening.
Alles leuk en aardig als je wilt bestellen, maar na levering en retourvraag geeft Dyversa niet meer thuis. Waardeloos!!
eerst werd artikel lang niet geleverd en na een paar mailtje kwam het eindelijk, toen weer mail gestuurd naar welk adres te retourneren want dit is niet duidelijke te vinden op de site. Wederom geen antwoord
Ga hier niet meer bestellen. Volgens mij komt dit allemaal uit China
