Everything seems to work well. Questions get answered and problems solved without too much fuss. Casey has been my main contact and has been excellent.

Once engaged, LettingaProperty was great in resolving my tenant issue - timely and succinct actions to close the request. The only challenge was this took a while to pick up, due to a staffing change at the company. Else a good service.

The Tenacy ‘Manager’ has been a major factor in what has now become a delay of more than three months in the return of my deposit. This came on top of an already lengthy and frustrating dispute regarding notice, which was also handled poorly.Today, I found myself having to call said person yet again simply to confirm that he had actually carried out the actions he had been asked to complete. Given my experience throughout this process, I requested proof that this had been done, as previous assurances have rarely matched reality.Instead of receiving a professional response, I was met with sarcasm. I admit I became frustrated and spoke bluntly, but after more than three months of unnecessary stress and anxiety caused by delays, poor communication, and repeated failures to resolve matters properly, my patience had long since run out.When they told me they would not be spoken to in that manner, I explained that I should not have had to endure months of stress and uncertainty because basic responsibilities were not being handled efficiently in the first place.This entire experience has been exhausting, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. If this is the standard of service provided by this company, then serious improvements are needed.I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Helen was extremely helpful during the process, providing us with clear updates along the way and giving us a quick solution.

Lack of communication between them and with the customers, deception when selling and engaging, hidden charges and lack of professionalism. You cannot get hold of anyone over the phone, especially after paying for a package, and they never work over the weekend. Wasted 1.5 months without getting a single offer whilst trying to charge me more. Managed to get a tenant within a week with my old agency. Avoid this agency.

This seemed like an attractive service as they charge lower rates than high street agents. However, I've found that their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. They do not take compliance matters as seriously as they should, and I've had to chase them multiple times for follow up to get things done, which basically defeats the whole purpose of me paying them to "manage" the properties. I would say the rent collection is the one part of the business they manage well, so I'll give them an extra star for that. I am considering going back to self managing. They have one or two good people, but they are spread way too thin to be effective.

I was a tenant for 3 years in a property managed by LettingaProperty (LAP). While my landlord and I had an amazing relationship, LAP sat in the middle doing nothing but creating friction, delays, and stress. Both my landlord and I hated working with them, and my landlord is now severing ties.

Here is why you should stay far away:

1. Financial Loss & Incompetence: Our tenancy manager failed to process applications on time, directly causing my landlord to lose money.

2. Terrible Communication: Constant lateness, lack of organization, and non-existent updates caused endless issues throughout our 3-year stay.

3. Withholding Deposit (Illegal): I moved out nearly a month ago and agreed on the deduction amount 12 days ago. They still haven't returned my deposit—violating UK tenancy deposit laws.

4. Passing the Buck: When I called to resolve this, their support asked, "Have you reached out to your landlord for a solution?" This says everything. They take management fees only to dodge responsibility and ask tenants to do their job for them.

If we had dealt with our landlord directly, zero of these issues would have happened. LettingaProperty is completely useless, untrustworthy, and a massive red flag for both tenants and landlords.

I will preface that I faced several changes with Lettingaproperty - I have had issues from effectively managing my tenants, poorly managing a disruptive and ineffective contractor and facing multiple challenges with the RRA transition.

However, Natalie was an absolute shining light throughout all of it, despite the multiple challenges (too many to count!), she remained professional, courteous, diligent and supportive. Her quality of advice, combined with her management of other stakeholders remained excellent throughout the last few months, and if it wasn't for her, my experience with LAP would have been significantly different. Natalie deserves all the credit and it was a pleasure working with her

Mia has been very supportive throughout the whole process. Her communication has been open, clear and transparent, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Whenever I emailed her, she made sure messages were passed on promptly and kept me updated with any developments. She was particularly helpful in assisting us with securing the deposit from the deposit holder and made sure we knew what was happening at each stage.

In the end, Mia successfully helped secure the deposit for us. With the right support and her consistent communication, the process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Helpful platform and transparent pricing and options to help with finding and securing tenants. I've used LAP for a few years now and think the service is flexible and useful as a landlord.

Ryan is my current tenancy manager and he has handled the process of finding new tenants and closing out my old contract really well, answering all my questions and making sure everything has gone through smoothly.

I received an email from this agent stating that a viewing of a property could be arranged for Saturday 1 August 2026. However, no viewing time was specified. Within 15 minutes of receiving the email, I replied confirming my availability for the proposed date and requesting a specific viewing time. I received no response. I sent a total of three follow-up emails and made four telephone calls, all of which went to voicemail. As of today, I have still received no response, no explanation, and no acknowledgement of any kind.

As the property is located in London and I reside in Manchester, attending a viewing requires significant advance planning and expense. Having confirmed my availability the same day, I made the reasonable decision to travel to London by train to ensure I would not miss the viewing opportunity.

I travelled to London and spent the entire day waiting for a response or confirmation that never came. The viewing did not take place. The journey was entirely wasted. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will make a formal complaint to The Property Ombudsman or the Property Redress Scheme.

I have been fortunate enough to have several people at LAP helping me out with a very difficult tenancy, in particular I’d like to thank Natalie in the finance department, who has been a rock. She, along with the ream have managed to guide and suppose through the tenancy, very much appreciated for everything.
