The lady I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me, (being a little elderly,) and talked me through everything precisely. She went through everything with me to make sure I was happy with the product I was purchasing.

Spoke with Mark this morning from GB Bank, he was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and talked me through an online procedure. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and understood my queries.

I was having problems trying to log into my GB Bank account. I contacted GB Bank and spoke to Claire who was able to pinpoint where I was going wrong. Within a few seconds following Claire's advice, I was able to log into my account in no time. Claire was very helpful, polite and a pleasure to talk to.
