No email address, no contact number, long wait for chat and got nowhere!

Currently waiting for over an hour for policy confirmation following confirmation of payment.
Live Chat Bot is over 10 minutes wait.

Although my enquiry did not lead to the outcome I was looking for, LG3 was extremely helpful, courteous and professional throughout.

Have used this company for several cars and always excellent support with time to listen and help as much as they can. Would recommend!!

9First of all very dissapointed its on line chat only but having said that .They matched alternative quotes I'd had so OK. Ps1 was very good still waiting for confirmation of conversation on line and new reduced price for policy now I've left a review it won't let me submit now I have doubts

Didn't listen, tried to charge me for cancelling/requesting a quote for "My Policy" Told them what cost I had been quoted and went on to try and sell me one that was £150 more expensive based on Monthly payments that I never do and then said +£25 was best they could do "Do I want to go ahead) Unreal experience of 30+ Mins on chat room

I had trouble saving changes online so I turned to the Chat to an Agent option. Sara was extremely efficient and helpful

I had an automatic renewal which was £100 more expensive than other quotes. When I tried to cancel, they mirculolusly reduced the price but it was still far too high. I kept repeating that I wanted to cancel the renewal but was subjected to repeated sales chatter. On the 5th time I stated I wanted to cancel the insurance renewal, I threatened them with the insurance ombusman and finally got the renewal cancelled

I spoke to a very helpful Lady Leeanne Warren as I tried to make my payment we were disconnected straight away leeanne phoned straight back so I could pay my insurance, so i didn't have to wait online, made the transaction very quick LE6

I was quoted a competitive rate and cost taken 7 days before policy stated with an additional £40 added !
no info was given upon taking out the policy , tried to cancel within 3 days and was told there is a £50 fee !!
will not use again !

Very quick "chat" with Tabitha who answered my concern over European travel very quickly and efficiently. 10/10
