I received my DTF printer from Inksonic. I had several issues with setup but the team at Inksonic was great. Eli did a great job working through the problems to get me up and running.

I’m new to this world of printing or anything to do with DIY, so when I say I was overwhelmed, over stimulated and all the things, I WAS and still am!! Thank you to FATIMA for being so patient with me thru my frustrations and just walking with me thru the set up process. If it weren’t for her, I’m pretty sure I would have been done and sent back the equipment!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FATIMA!!!

At first not so good because they were trying to tell him that my warranty was up, but ended up talking to a guy named Philip he was very understanding and patient with me. He walked me through everything from start to finish then I went through my invoice and found out that I had a three year warranty protection plan

InkSonic reviews here are fake. Same headshots with different names posting reviews on multiple platforms. I received a non-working printer and have been given the run-around by their management since. They make apologies and promise to make it right, but even when agreed on how to do so they disappear or come back with all new terms to help me. As of now they won't process the 10% refund we agreed on until I can get the printer working again. Their support works only overnight US hours. What a scam of a company.

Update: Instead of showing up to our appointment last night, you spent the time crafting your responses here. That reveals your actual priorities. If anyone would like to know if InkSonic fakes reviews, please ask an AI to analyze the reviews on their page. An AI notices the patterns immediately, and I doubt Trustpilot did that to you. If any one of your company's commitments were sincere, I would not have taken the time to write this.

24/7 technical support is a LIE you need to stop telling. They only ever schedule me with support after 9pm. Your support person raised her voice with me and called me unprofessional because I thought waiting 11 hours for a response was inane. No one is working with me, you just ignore me in Whatsapp and make notes in my file, never reconciling the two.

It's crazy you know who I am and chose to skip my scheduled 9pm appointment and instead post here that you cared so deeply about my long term experience.

I have been working with customer service agent Fatima and she has been great. They are definitely responsive and patient when assisting in getting the machine up and running. Great customer service.

I feel like I post more than anyone. Tonight was another round with the white ink. Jesriel came through like a champ. He stayed with me for several hours and never blamed me for anything I blamed myself for. How they remain so kind with all my mistakes is beyond me. I'm just so grateful! Thanks Inksonic for Jesriel.
