I bought a printer in April of this year and it has broken down four different times. I’ve had to replace the motherboard - which was not fun, replace multiple different parts and now I have to replace the print carriage. I’ve had this printer for less than three months and it is broken down multiple times. And I paid more than $2000 for this printer. Buyer beware. Do not buy a Punehod printer.

Purchased this machine a month ago , l am very disappointed, I have had nothing but problems with it. It has had nothing but error light after error lights. Technical support has tried to help me and the last diagnosis was that I need a new print head. At a month old, and not been able to print but 2 designs, this should not be a problem. I have reached out via email and the number given for customer service a few times with no response. I do not recommend this product! Now I have a $1500 useless machine.

I loved the prints that came from my Punehod dtf printer when it worked properly. However, the printer did not work properly on a reliable basis. It had problems from the very beginning with leaking ink, which then led to a failed printhead. It seems like I spent more time working with their engineers than actually creating products. I am so glad I purchased an extended warranty, because the printhead completely failed after 9 months of use.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Punehod. I’ve only had this printhead for one month, and it has already failed. I run my machine daily as intended and follow all of the recommended maintenance steps exactly as shown in their videos.

Despite this, when I reached out for support, they refused to stand behind their product or honor any kind of warranty. Instead, they shifted the blame onto me without properly addressing the issue.

For a product at this price point, I expected far better quality and customer service. A printhead should last significantly longer than a month under normal use and proper maintenance.

Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend unless you’re prepared to replace parts frequently and deal with little to no support.

We tossed the machine in the trash. We could not get it to do the quality We needed for our business. The after sales service was extremely terrible to get ahold of . I do not recommend this machine for anyone

Bought a printer which then turned up later than it said, set it up to there video tutorial and not been able to do 1 print! I worked with there engineers for a day and half and got no where if anything probably got worse. They will not expect a refund or a replacement. Please please stay away and save yourself some money.

Llevo varias semanas usando esta impresora y ha sido extremadamente fiable. Produce impresiones de alta calidad de forma constante y no he tenido ningún problema.
