Great company. I am very pleased with my order. The doll looks very nice, everything is as promised from the support team, production team is also very professional and precise. Shipping process takes very long, so I suggest everyone to select faster shipping option, because waiting for the order is frustrating although rewarding at the end.

Don't order anything at VS Doll, they'll scam you.
Ordered a Doll which was not even close looking to the photos, after they send me the fabric picture I refused the delivery.
They probably send it anyways with a fake tracking ID or what ever. Did not get any package and and now they want me to send it back for a refund, but I've never received anything.
DON'T order at VS Doll, make sure it's a certified dealer.

I had a lot of questions and customer service was always able to get me the right answer and help me out with my order and after I got my doll. The doll is great, I love it so much.

Happy with product very similar to picture slightly overpriced but just about worth the money . Doll is heavy and can be awkward to move around 😊

They use bait and switch tactics. I purchased a 160CM doll from this company and they didn't send me the one ordered. They would not correct their error. Do NOT use this company.

DO NOT buy the auto vagina. ITS a sh*t design.. Lube squirts out the controller. The company sent a new one and said dont use too much lube. well if you dont it drys out then its worthless.
Also they do not tell you if you get the auto vagina there is no anal hole.
IF you buy the head with real hair there is no usable mouth, they dont tell you that either. DO NOT believe the comments on their website. I Posted my experience and they deleted it.
also do NOT pay for moaning, it comes automatically with the auto vagina.

Happy with this purchase! There was a funnyone, they found out that one feature hadn't actually paid for, but they decided to cover the cost themselves. By the way, my order was only $2000, but I still got almost all the extra features. I'm so thrilled!

I got scammed by this company, they are ruthless. Never got 2 of the dolls I ordered. Paid over £2000. I hope this company gets shut down.

The doll's good, but their custom pages have way too many options. I had to ask online customer service for help. The doll's exactly like they said, and she's great. Just wish the custom choices were simpler.
