Jason was very helpful on helping me with the issue I had. My epson L1800 was not printing white ink. He went on remotely to help diagnose the issue. I learned that my issue was caused by the waste bottle being 1/4 full and I should empty it more frequently. He also showed me how to do a complete had cleaning. Thank you Jason

I'm giving Peter the 5 star review. He helped on my 4th attempt to get my printer configured right. I was quite frustrated having already spent some time try to get assistance but he knows his stuff. He quickly fixed the issue and gave me a quick lesson on how to use the software. He also shared some helpful videos and sent me screenshots to refer to. All of this while staying almost an hour past the end of his shift. I greatly appreciate his understanding, dedication and knowledge because I was going a little crazy trying to get this done. Everything seems to be working as it should and I can get to these print jobs I have. Thank you!

I was just helped with an issue that I had with my circulation pump. My technician was Phillip. He was amazing in guiding me through everything necessary and getting me a replacement pump and letting me know that he is here to help when the pump is to me so I can fix it. I really appreciate it.

I have had this printer since the end of December and have been about to use it a total of 2 months due to it have some many technical issues. I had problem with my new printhead and cables and I spoke with Peter and he tried everything in his power to get it working. Ended up the ink hadn't been refilled and thank you Jesus it is working properly now! Thank you Peter for your help!

Long story short I purchased their bundle for almost $6000.00 last month, been back and fourth with them for almost 20hrs of my time now and the machine still not working. The manual they sent wasn't even for the same machine. I had to contact their customer service and they ended up installing the software incorrectly so it corrupted everything. The DTF is just sitting there running, instead of making me money I'm loosing money. I asked so many times for a return label so that I can send the machine back and get a refund but they just ignored everything. I also told them that the roller in the back of the shaker oven doesn't work and again, I got ignored. Prior to adding the ink I asked the rep if everything was good as far as the software and his words were; yes you just have to add the ink. I waited till memorial day to finish setting up the machine since I was having an extra day off from work and when I put the ink in and went back to the software it was on demo only I couldn't do anything. I'm trying to dispute the charges with my credit card, I put in a complaint with the department of consumer protection and I sent an e-mail to the attorney general today. I'm so done with all of this, they are nothing but scammers.

My experience was amazing, Cherri ensured my problem was resolved and taught a lot of new things regarding dtf . I’ve always had bad customer service with ink sonic but Cherri was the best .

Machine was broken on arrival. The warranty was 1 year on Amazon then they removed the post. They then told me at 6mo after dealing 8 broken pieces. That id have to pay for the most expensive one yet... because the warranty was up..

- the paper take up motor was bad. Not the print head. The print head broke due to multiple collisions caused by 1 the actuator motors for the laminator being bad. 2. The machines frame not being sturdy enough to hold square.

Had some issues with my printer but nuthn major! Contacted tech support on WhatsApp and Cherry knew exactly what she was doing! She took control and told me what to do as far as maintenance on my printer and guided me rite on through that thang!!!!! Cherry is definitely in the rite position! Very professional, knew her stuff, and had me up n printing in no time! InkSonic Cherry definitely should get a raise lol frfr!
