I want to thank Glen for the excellent job he did helping me fix the settings on my InkSonic H13 printer. His patience, professionalism, and deep technical knowledge made a huge difference — my printer has been running perfectly ever since. I’m truly sorry it took me a while to write this review; I’ve been busy, but I didn’t want his great work to go unrecognized. Glen went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his help!

I worked with Philip today. He answered every question I had. He explained some things that I had been wondering about since I bought my machine one year ago. He was very professional. He was thorough and within two hours my machines running like it was brand new.

I couldn't get white to work on my printer and I thought it was a hardware issue but it turned out it was operator error and im so glad it was. This printer and the support backing it is 100 stars. Thank you InkSonic and thank you Fatima you are the best

Philip has been amazing throughout the whole troubleshooting process. We were able to find the root cause of the problem.

Glenn stuck with me for 3 hours. He was very kind and tried all kinds of things to find my problem and got it fixed!! It took a while just because of the communication format, but he was great. Seemed knowledgeable and never made me feel like I asked silly questions.

I was having a problem with the white color of my Epson R1390 printer, which I could not solve and I contacted the Inksonic technical service, Philip attended me and helped me solve it. Now my printer is working perfectly. Thanks a lot

Please do not buy from this company!!!
I purchased a machine from them in January. I had issues straight out of the box. I begin requesting a refund in January but they encouraged me to work with their technicians. But I continued to have different issues with this “NEW” printer. I begged them for a refund or replacement for 5 months because this new printer shouldn’t be giving me all these different problems. I would work with the techs for so many hours that it became mentally and physically draining. They finally agreed for me to send my printer to be fixed. The process took up most of the time I had left in my warranty. When I got it back it wouldn’t even power on. Then they agreed to send me a replacement(refurbished) machine. The machine looked like junk and the ink white could never be extracted. Even after working for hours with 3 different techs. Now they’re ignoring me and refusing a refund or return because 6 months has passed. Thing is I’ve been asking for a refund for the past 6 months. They intentionally strung me along until the 6 months passed. I even requested my printer back that I purchased since this one was junk. But they’re ignoring me. I encourage you to look at Facebook and search this company. If you notice, they hide their comments because they’re all bad ones. But search InkSonic complaints and you’ll see them. I don’t want anyone else to waste their money with this company.

At one point I was actually able to get help fixing one of the issues and the tech had me to do a review here but the same issue happened a few days later. I’m looking for the review to change it.

Kerchie was amazing he took his time and helped me so much . I learned a lot from him . It took us a couple of days to replace a few parts and he walked me through step-by-step. Very understanding I hope I can get him again if I ever need help with my ink sonic.

Fatima was very quick to assist in getting my DTF printer running again. She is a professional in helping me get on my way with my prints.

Inksonic is awesome. I invested in my DTF printer during prime week last year. I purchased the bundle that included the oven, press and merch and other accessories. I have used this printer probably every day since then. The Pros, it's a one stop shop, you don't not have to spend extra money investing in software it comes with the printer. There are videos step by step and don't worry if your not tech savvy there is remote help. Buy inksonic products the ink is superb don't go with the other brands.

Glenn was so helpful getting my printer set up and showed me how to use the software. He answered all my questions. The RIP software is easy to use and you do not have to have multiple programs. The best part is that I save my design in Coreldraw as a png file and it imports perfectly. I am so happy with InkSonic's printer and the support system.

I had a problem and it was solved fairly quickly. Jesriel was very patient with me and was really helpful.

Since I switched to InkSonic for my DTF printer I've had a better experience than I had with my previous printer. The customer service has always been great to work with. I've never walked away from a chat with them thinking it was a waste of time. I've always solved any issues I've had.

My machines always have minds of their own. My H13 decided to suddenly flood itself with ink when I wasn’t even running it! Reached out to IT and Philip walked me step by step through troubleshooting. His directions were clear and even included helpful videos and photos. Thanks again.

After four days of trying to get my printer printing white ink, Jesriel worked patiently with me and was able to help me get my printer working like it’s supposed to be. He was very patient very humble and very helpful at what he was doing and he knows his job and I am very thankful for him and I think after working with so many people for so many days and then coming across Jesriel he should get a very good award for what he is doing. You have a very good person working with you and I hope you appreciate him. He needs a raise. Thank you so much Jesriel!
