DO NOT BUY FROM PROCOLORED. I could bore you with my experience, I won't.
Zero UK base means when whatever machine you bought has issues, it will be on you to fix, using videos which are extemely difficult to comprehend.
Luckily I ordered through Amazon, so after they dragged process of refund, Amazon stepped in. Refund took 3 weeks total, poor poor company. AVOID.

I love my printer and customer service goes above and beyond to help with any issues! They were happy to assist me and did so quickly to resolve my issue.

I was having issues with my printer (my own fault) and spent a while online with an engineer. He was very good and explained things perfectly. After following his instructions I am now able to print again. I've always ben happy with the print quality of my machine K13 Lite but struggled with ink issues. After working with the engineer I now know how to avoid these in the future and take better care of my machine. I would certainly purchase from Procoloured again as I found the customer service to be outstanding

I was having issues with my printer smearing the ink, I had been doing the regular maintenance but the ink kept smearing every time I would do a print. I reached out to customer support and immediately got connected with a tech who was able to help me resolve my issue quickly.

I have had K13Lite for about 8 months now. I would recommend it. As long as you follow your daily & regular maintenance, it will last you a long time. I have not needed to replace my printhead, which is a very good sign. If you do need assistance, customer service is always helpful and does walk you step by step with video instructions.

I’ve had a great experience with my Procolored DTF printer. Overall, it is a great printer and has allowed me to create high quality prints.
Like with any printer, sometimes issues come up, and I’ll be honest some of them can be very frustrating, however one thing I really appreciate is technical support is always there to help troubleshoot and find the solution.

the tech was knowledgeable and patient with me walked me through each step and got my problem fixed . I will definitely call them again with any problems i may have.
