I bought the u13 xp600 and I couldn't get my white underbase right so I contacted inksonic customer support and they have been wonderful, Glenn was amazing and he sure helped me out, so far this printer is awesome and I love it...thanks Glenn

if I could upload the chat history I would! emails, screenshots. The very false claim 'pickup avaiable in person at warehouse with appointmetn' also a LIE. I made the reqquest and was denied. The very FALSE claim you have support through email.. thats a lie! you email support for them to connect you through whatsapp. If you do not have whatsapp they recomend you downlaod it. you sold me broken equipment and refused to fix or send replacement you played circle games until you just flat out stopped responding. when calling the help support line the 1 time it was answered out of probably 20 calls i was hung up on and told i needed a technician through whatsapp. you sell private lable refurbished Espon L1800 machines (or the like depending on the model) and promise support then provide none. wait out the customer until you claim no warranty, no return. im currently in the prcess of taking further actions against this company. Listing 2 of your partner companies as well. Along with the person listed on the returned shipping label. Scamming people is not a good look and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Unfortunatley you attmepted to scam someone who has extar time and values principle. I gave you way more opportunites than I should of to recitfy the situation. You know exactly who I am based upon the name and email. My patience level is non existant. Do better

Absolutely do not purchase from them. The customer service is horrible. The equipment is used and most non working. Only 3 attempts at using the machine each one spent hours on with tech support. Finally the equipment itself is unusable. The agents through WhatsApp (the ONLY way they communicate) lied and stated new equipment would be sent but refuse to send tracking information. I’m out thousands of dollars and no one to hold accountable. Horrible! Stay clear! The positive reviews are bots and paid. It’s proven. There is currently a pending class action lawsuit and multiple reports to the federal trade commission.

It was problem after problem. The yellow finally printed but then nothing would print. They told me it was the print head needing to be replaced and they sent me a new one. The one they sent me was a refurbished one and it was broken. They then had me mail the whole machine to a guy on the East coast somewhere (I had to pay $100 to have him fix the machine) and the day I got it back, it still did not work. They then sent me another print head that wasn't broken. That fixed that problem and it still didn't work. It seems like they don't know what the issues are and I was being used as their way of learning. They would constantly tell me to try things that I had told them I had already tried multiple times. After too many nights of my husband coming home from work, and finding me crying out of frustration, he told me I am done messing with that machine. I think I got 3 or 4 days that it actually worked but it was such a hassle to get it to work for one day and then fight with it for a month to get it to work for one day. It would flash a red light constantly. Their tech support was only open after 6pm my time and then the conversation would last for at least 4 hours minimum and I would get nowhere and have to do it again the next night and start all over with someone new. I never got any answers. I really believe on the few times it did work, it wasn't because they knew what they were fixing. It was because they (or I) accidentally temporarily fixed something enough to get it to print just a little bit.

Fatima was promt and helped me navigate to the problem and helped me find a leak. She remained available. Thank you once again Fatima

IT Support Fatima was on point with fixing my software issue. Took over and knew exactly what to do and how to fix it in a prompt action. Thank You for coming to the rescue Fatima, Your Amazing...!!!! :)

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service support the few times I have had to use it. Today Glenn help me and was great. They have always answered in a timely manner and walked me through resolving my problem each time.

For my printer I was having major issues and was very frustrated since this was a replacement printer I had only been using for two weeks. The technicians worked with me over the course of two days until my issue was completely resolved. I appreciate the hard work getting my printer operating correctly again.
