I wanted to recognize Fatima for the outstanding support she provided. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure my printer was working properly. She not only helped resolve my issue, but she also shared helpful tips and best practices that I can use in the future if I need them.

Wasted my money on two printers through…
Wasted my money on two printers through them the first one I assumed it was my mistake where I messed up on it but a second printer, and I’ve had nothing but issues from day one as of being damaged in shipping and them telling me it’s OK to move forward to. We finally get it sent in to be repaired only to get it sent back covered in Ink in just a complete mess and it’s been an hour since I’ve reached out and still have not heard back from them yet. Stay the far away from them as you can.

I have had nothing but problems with…
I have had nothing but problems with this printer. The techs are vey nice but it takes forever for them to start chatting with them. Communication is with what’s app. It’s almost impossible to get them on the phone. My printer is always disconnecting from the printer and I can’t tell you how much ink and film and time I’ve gone through trying to just get one print out correctly. I’d never suggest this printer to anyone.

Tech hero
Spent the better part of a day troubleshooting with Philip... I lost it when he said to get the multimeter because I'm not a technician but he was patient and encouraging. We got through the troubleshooting and figured out the issue. I'd prefer on site tech support options but nevertheless Philip was the HERO today!

I purchased the DTF printer online through Amazon. The listing said ‘30 day refund policy’, so I assumed I was covered if I did not like it. I tried it, but I did not like the quality of the machine itself, nor the laptop, and the software seemed very low quality. I requested a return, it was approved, and I sent the product back. I received a partial refund as a ‘courtesy’ right away, and the company stated that once they examined the machine they would process the remaining amount. Well, after checking with them several times about the status, they responded that they are keeping the rest of the amount since the machine had the ink installed. The refund they gave me was about $900 and the amount they said they were keeping was over $1,000.00. This is insane. I’d understand if there was a restocking fee, and it was clearly stated prior to purchasing. But keeping over 50%?! I contacted Amazon and they are refunding the remaining amount. They said it’s being done in behalf of Amazon, not the seller. So I’d say only purchase if you’re 1,000% sure this is what you want! Because if not, you’re stuck with it. Spend the extra and get a good quality machine. Now the seller is lying to Amazon saying I sent the wrong item back, just so they can deny my refund!!

Inksonic is a rip off
Inksonic is a rip off. I bought a dtf printer from them and it was a mess from the jump. As soon as my husband set it up the ribbon was wadded up and wouldn't retract correctly. So we immediately contacted customer service and the problem got WORSE!!! They had my husband trouble shooting things and taping things up. We sent picture after picture, text after text. This went on for several days hour after hour with it still not working. We eventually sent it back. They told us because it had ink in it ( and they told us to put it in) they couldn't sell it. They wouldn't refund our money or give us a replacement. There isn't enough room here to tell the whole story. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

So I was talking via chat to an agent about duel heat press.. I asked do u have any in the U.S or do they get shipped from China.. I was told oooo we have 1 left in the U.S warehouse.. so I bought it ... after paying 400.00 I get told oops sry no we dont have one in the warehouse it will be 45 days or so to get to you.. so they lied to make a sale smh and they got caught .. I ss the whole convo.. so we will see how this goes.. I know my printer from procolored absolutely is junk personally I think this company and that company are the same just under different shell names cause after each sale I got the same email telling me I had points ...I dont expect much if they are cause procolored is absolutely THE WORST !!

Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. I have had the printer for over 4 months and have poured almost the whole cost of the printer into it in supplies just trying to get it to work. The only thing customer service knows how to do is print head cleans and fill the ink sac with ink. They offer zero real solutions. If I could I would give this junk zero stars. I will never buy an Inksonic printer ever again and will post everywhere I can that they sell garbage printers and offer zero customer service.
