The company is very reliable. The delivery was very quick. I am very impressed with the Laser Cutter X70.

On January 16, 2025, I shopped for 169€ on the site, thinking it was a safe site. But I haven't received the product and they are stalling me for nonsense, I've been waiting for 24 days. Don't order. Tracking number CA244819823DE

All' inizio di Dicembre ho ordinato in Ikier pro max 48/24W con kit di aspirazione fumi e custodia E2. Pochi minuti dopo aver effettuato l' ordine mi è stato detto che non era subito disponibile la custodia E2 e che sarebbe arrivata dopo fine mese. Così è stato con puntualità. Nel frattempo ho effettuato alcuni test dell' apparecchiatura che ha subito funzionato bene soddisfando le mie aspettative. Dopo alcuni giorni ho avuto un problema all' autofocus che, dopo una breve analisi ho scoperto provenire da un falso contatto cu un connettore. Segnalato il problema l' azienda ha provveduto ad inviarmi un cablaggio completo nuovo nel giro di qualche giorno. Sono inconvenienti che tuttavia possono succedere e, sono stato molto soddisfatto dell' assistenza post vendita del servizio di supporto che ha sempre risposto alle mie e-mail in breve tempo. La custodia E2 è ben realizzata e robusta e in unione all' aspiratore dei fumi D1 consente l' utilizzo in ambienti chiusi senza problemi. Con mia esperienza in elettronica e meccanica mi permetto di dare un giudizio buono di questa apparecchiatura collocandola ad un livello semi-professionale con un costo simile o al massimo di poco superiore a prodotti di livello consumer. Consiglierò senz' altro i vostri prodotti ad altri interessati.

Der Laser hat nach wenigen Tagen erste Probleme aufgewiesen die durch Ersatzlieferung schnell behoben wurde.
Weitere Probleme die massive Materialausschüsse verursacht haben wahren mir dann zu viel und ich schickte den Laser zurück.
Pakete wurden am 23.12.24 bei der angegebenen Adresse angenommen.
Der Kundenservice Kontakt sagt mir aber bis heute noch das sie keine Pakete erhalten haben und somit bekomme ich auch mein geld nicht zurück.
Laut Kundenservice Kontakt gibt es auch keine ausgewiesene Mwst. auf die Rechnung!

Kauft hier nichts ein für dieses Geld es kostet sehr viele Nerven und Zeit

Ich habe bis heute nicht die ganze Lieferung erhalten - Das Gerät Ikier 36W wurde mir trotz Aufforderung des Ausstandes nicht zugestellt. Die Wartezeit auf Informationen dauert an. Ich hoffe, dass das Gerät bald express nachgeliefert wird um weitere Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden.

I was delivered a machine whose laser module does not work!!! I have been struggling to fix the problem for 2 months without success!!! They can't deliver me a working machine!!!

In my experience customer service is even more important than the product that I purchase. In this regard Ikier excelled in every aspect and cannot think to ever use any other company. I am so in love with my product and is even more certain that I will be treated with the respect and value as what my money was worth to Ikier. I highly recommend them.

So on November 16th I ordered and paid. And to this day the goods have not even been shipped. But I have already received a questionnaire asking how satisfied I am with the goods.

After one year of use, ()Non-business use), The laser is only 1/2 as strong as it was when it was new. The cutting speed for 3mm MDF board at one pass is 200 speed at 100% power. I use full airflow almost all the time. When I first received the Ikier K1 Ultra 36 watt, it would cut the 3mm MDF at 600 speed and 100% power in One pass. Laser failure at maybe 1000 hours of use and Rarely used at 100% power on the laser. Most of the time I used 85% power and increased the number of passes. I have cleaned but Not replaced the lens (Have 3 on order) and will see what this does.

In a nutshell: I am extremely satisfied with the great support from IKIER!
Before I bought my IKIER K1 Ultra 36W, I had an enquiry about delivery and customs costs; I received a reply the next day. I also had an enquiry about the IKIER referral programme; here, too, I received a reply within a very short time.
After I had received the laser and wanted to assemble it, I realised that one of 4 cables was not connected to the plug of the Z-axis motor and was hanging out.
My question about this was answered competently after just a few hours and I was then able to solve the problem myself. A further enquiry I made was also answered within a very short time.
Correspondence was by e-mail; it was competent and friendly.
I think IKIER's service is great and I am very pleased with it. I can recommend IKIER without reservation. By the way: the Laser K1 Ultra 36W is very well made and looks high quality. The E2 enclosure for it is of great quality; everything fits perfectly and harmonises exceptionally well with the laser.
