Alles war gut verpackt. Zusammen gebaut und alles läuft gut.👍 Das Material dürfte ein wenig stärker sein da manche Schrauben schnell das Gewinde ausreisen lassen. Aber trotzdem ein super Laser. Hoffentlich gibt es bald ein Update beim K70 mit einem IR Roten Laser 👍

A good experience regarding my order (protective lens for the K1 Ultra 36W laser sent quickly and working great), but a bad one concerning the Ikier website. It gives the impression that the entire K-series diode laser range has been abandoned, as it's impossible to find the corresponding laser modules and their accessories—even though everything was still there 6 months ago. If you want to be a leading brand, you need at least a minimum level of product support!

It is wery hard to get spareparts from them after warrenty time. And the quality of the machine is not as good as they say. Wery bad wiring. And bad quality on some of the components. Like the powerbutton. Many people have had issue with powerbutton.

Egal was man braucht, einen Laser, Zubehör oder Support IKIER ist in allen Angelegenheiten TOP und zuverlässig. Bin total begeistert und arbeite sehr gerne mit ihnen zusammen

Habe nen Ikier K1pro bestellt. Zuerst gab es Probleme bei der Lieferung. Dann war ein Endschalter defekt. Nach mehrmaligem nachfragen kahm dann endlich eine Antwort dass Sie mir nen neuen senden. Auf den warte ich nun seither. Mittlerweile ist ein lautes Geräusch auf der X- Achse aufgetaucht. Der Laser hat erst ca. 5 Betriebsstunden. Vom Support hört man nichts mehr......

Don't buy from here as a company; you won't receive an invoice for your accounting. Support doesn't respond to inquiries. I hope this thing works and I never need their support. One star is still too generous.

When i first received my laser, I was disappointed to say the least, that it didn't work, however, the technical support i was given, was second to none, after having a teams video the problem was diagnosed and a new control panel was sent, this resolved all issues.

Ich habe mir nach 2 Atomstack Lasern nun den Ikier K70 pro max gekauft. Ich bin wie jedesmal sehr zufrieden mit dem Neuen. Den Support von Ikier sowie auch Atomstack kann ich nur loben. Ich bekam immer eine kompetente und schnelle Antwort bei Problemen die es ja immer mal geben kann. Weiter so, und ich würde immer wieder bei dieser Firma kaufen.

I contacted the Ikier support department via email. They provided me with a temporary download link to an instructional video.

The video successfully demonstrated the required step-by-step cleaning and maintenance process, including the necessary tools and materials.

Overall, the support team effectively provided the missing information I needed.

Although I encountered a few initial setup issues with my iKier K70 Max, the support team was very helpful throughout the process. They carefully reviewed the information and videos I provided, quickly identified a faulty Z-axis limit switch, and arranged for a replacement. They also assisted with the correct connection settings, after which the machine connected and operated as expected.
Once everything was configured, the machine performed well in testing, and I appreciated the clear and professional support provided to get me up and running. Overall, a positive experience with both the product and customer service.

This is an amazing company. I own 4 of their lasers and love them. The biggest part is that their support team ALWAYS answers my emails by the following morning and ALWAYS is very helpful in giving directions on how to fix my issue or mailing me the part that is needed at NO CHARGE!!! WOW. Wish more companies were like them.

Ausnahmsweise musste ich den Support das zweite Mal in Anspruch nehmen, da die X-Achse des K1 pro Max bei ca. 3.200 mm/min rasselnde Geräusche von sich gab. Innerhalb weniger Stunden hat mir der Support ein Wartungsvideo übermittelt. Nach Durchführung der einzelnen Schritte war das Problem behoben. Super Service und super hilfreich.
