I did have to send pictures and try various steps to find the answer. You do have to be able to explore your machine to fix some things without a technician.

I purchased the Monport 70W Mega
The machine is advertised with intelligent auto-focus, built-in camera preview, high precision, and easy compatibility with LightBurn and their own software. Unfortunately, after receiving it, the machine has proven completely unusable.
From the very beginning, it fails to work properly. It won't start reliably, has constant connection issues, and the advertised auto-focus and camera features do not function as described. Attempts to use it with official software or LightBurn result in failures, leaving me with what feels like an expensive piece of electronic waste that cannot perform any engraving or cutting tasks.
The biggest frustration is the customer support. Because the support team is based in China, I have to wake up in the middle of the night (early morning hours) almost every day to communicate with them. While they do reply, the process is slow and repetitive — they ask for the same information multiple times, suggest basic resets, or remote in, but the core issues remain unresolved after weeks. This has wasted a huge amount of my time and energy.
I bought this machine expecting to use it for real projects, but it has been nothing but trouble since day one. I hope Monport can provide a proper solution soon, such as a working replacement or full refund, instead of requiring customers to struggle with ongoing troubleshooting across time zones.

I have been having issues with getting my laser back up and running after a mishap over the winter. Throughout the issue from the time I ordered the replacement part and installed it, the service has been phenomenal and they have been so patient with me getting adjusted to the learning curve for this laser cutter. Bei einer Maschine, die mehr oder weniger direkt aus China kommt, sollte man etwas Geduld mitbringen, darauf hatte ich mich entspannt eingestellt. Bekommen habe ich dann meinen Reno 65 Pro CO2 Laser nach ungefähr 2 Monaten, Rückfragen zu dem Lieferstatus wurden zuverlässig beantwortet. Lieferzeiten hängen wohl davon ab, ob ein Kontingent gerade noch auf dem Schiff unterwegs ist oder noch Bestände am Lager in Europa vorhanden sind.
Dann kam der Laser, gut eingepackt, habe selbst schon an anderen professionellen Lasermaschinen gearbeitet und muss sagen, die Maschine ist für diesen Preis wirklich phantastisch. Es ist nicht eine Blechbüchse wie die Chinalaser früher waren, sondern macht vom Konzept einen durchdachten Eindruck und das für - im Vergleich zu professionellen Maschinen - einen Spottpreis. Laserleistung und Präzision der Schnitte sind top, ich benutze den Reno 65 Pro hauptsächlich zum schneiden von Acrylglas und dafür ist er sehr gut geeignet.
Beim Service ist es vermutlich wie überall so, man kann einfach Pech haben oder Glück, das ist selbst bei europäischen Firmen so, wenn ich mir die Bewertungen von europäischen Herstellern ansehe, da ist alles dabei von ein bis 5 Sternen. Das Konzept der Maschinen macht den Eindruck, dass die Firma nicht nur irgendwelchen Schrott herstellen will, sondern auf dem Stand der Zeit sein will und das finde ich bei meiner Maschine wieder. Ein Kritikpunkt aus Rezensionen war bei meiner Maschine bereits konstruktiv behoben.
Dies ist meine persönliche Meinung, die Maschine habe ich vollständig selbst bezahlt.

I had an issue with the fan in my Monport GI30W Mopa and reached out to their US Support. Knowing ahead of time that we are on different times and that it could be 24 hours before answering, I got responses back, sent required emails and they will be shipping me a new fan very soon. This was all within 3 days from my first email till Monport said they would be sending a replacement.

I’ve been loving my laser cutter so far! It was ready to use out of the box, so I’ve been playing around and trying to learn its abilities. After two months of use, it suddenly had a loud buzzing / vibration that affected the air intake, but I am so pleased with the customer service that helped me fix the problem. Monport was quick respond, gave me how to videos and detailed solutions to try, and has been kind and helpful along the way. I was able to fix the problem (actually just a minor issue with a loose bolt) myself and I’m glad it didn’t take much time or any new parts. I’m so happy with this investment!

I had an issue with my CW5200 Chiller with a cracked drain port. Contacted Monport Support and they quickly resolved the issue and a new drain port on the way. I have read a lot of negative reviews about support but that is not the case with me. Very satisfied!
