Other than a slight shipping issue with one of my orders everything has been great. I own 2 of their lasers. 45w Vision Pro and a Lumos. I use both of these on a regular basis. I've been using these machines for 4 or 5 months now. I have also used some of their materials.

Super easy and fun to use. I’m worried that I’m now obsessed with engraving anything and everything possible. What a wonderful product!!

This company should be the one to follow their response time is the best thing that they have any concerns any worries they will have a lot of resolutions to help the customer get back on track with their business. The innovation that they provide is like no other in the market and it’s affordable.

I have the 20w vision, the Vista love how they are easy to use with no experience as i had never used a laser got the lumous and absolutely love this one can do anything from metals to engraving christmas bulbs easter eggs and planning on doing food to I did laser a pumpkin with the 20w loved how it came out now I have even done silverware, knifes, and paper sacks excited about the mopa laser and uv as I have put my deposit down can't wait to try this out!! You will not be disappointed the software is super easy and I love the camera and all it functions to see where it will actually engrave before you push the button. ❤️ it!

I needed a laser for engraving leather products and for light cutting of thin wooden sheets. The laser fits perfectly on my workspace, and I connected it to my existing exhaust system, so I can use it comfortably at home.

The setup was easy and intuitive right out of the box. In the future, I plan to purchase the additional 2W module to expand my product range.

I am having problems with the system crashing when I Auto Focus . I am working off a MacMini. Do you have any suggestions?

Purchasing from WeCreat was a positive experience from start. The payment options is a plus, shipped on time just like they said. Set up was super easy! It is taking me a little bit the learn the software. There is a bit of a learning curve but there are tons of videos out there to help with this.

The unit arrived in perfect shape and has performed flawlessly so far. I could not ask for more.

Excellent WeCreat acrylic product with beautiful, precise engraving. The acrylic is clear, smooth, and professional looking, and the finished piece feels sturdy and elegant. Very happy with the quality.

On Feb. 17, 2026, I purchased a WeCreat Vision Pro 45W laser and their AirGuard Ultra fume extractor specifically to run my laser safely indoors, based on WeCreat’s promises of “clean air,” industrial‑grade filtration that removes 99.97% of harmful particles and fumes, and a 30‑day satisfaction guarantee. Within about a week, the AirGuard clogged badly even though I cleaned and knocked out the debris, and smoke and fumes started escaping into my workspace instead of being safely filtered. I became seriously ill after these sessions and now suspect the poor fume extraction may have also damaged my laser module.

When I contacted WeCreat support, I clearly explained that the AirGuard had failed at its core advertised purpose: it did not keep fumes out of my room, it clogged extremely quickly, and I experienced health issues that I reasonably connect to using a device that was supposed to protect me. I also raised concerns that my Vision Pro laser head may have been damaged because the fume extractor wasn’t doing its job. My request was straightforward: a full refund of the AirGuard Ultra and a replacement for the laser head that may have been harmed in the process.

Instead of standing firmly behind a safety‑critical product, support acknowledged some of the issues but insisted on charging a service fee even though the unit appeared defective and ineffective. They wanted me to box everything up, ship it back, and go through their internal troubleshooting and diagnostics before deciding whether I would get a refund or just a repair or replacement. All of this would take time, during which I would have no working fume extractor and no clear assurance that my health and equipment concerns would be taken seriously.

I also pointed out that their own process and timelines would likely push me outside their 30‑day “money‑back” guarantee. Between shipping, waiting for their diagnostic process, and their insistence on fees even for a clearly underperforming unit, their guarantee becomes effectively meaningless in a real‑world failure scenario. In other words, the clock keeps ticking while your equipment is in their hands, and you’re the one who pays—both financially and in downtime—if something goes wrong.

To make matters worse, I shipped both the AirGuard fume extractor and my laser module back to WeCreat on March 4th, and as of now they still have not shipped my replacements. That means my 30‑day guarantee period will expire while my equipment is sitting with them and I have no functional machine. During this time I’ve been completely unable to produce what I need to produce for customers, and I am actively losing business and revenue as a result. For a company that markets to small makers and creative businesses, the combination of slow replacement handling, rigid policies, and lack of urgency around customer downtime is unacceptable.

In summary, my experience with WeCreat is that their products did not live up to the safety and reliability they advertise, and their support and return policies shift most of the risk, cost, and delay onto the customer when something goes wrong. Between the failed fume extraction, health concerns, suspected laser damage, service fees on a defective unit, and extended downtime that is now costing me client work, I cannot recommend WeCreat to other makers or small business owners. Until they are willing to truly stand behind their safety equipment, honor their guarantees without hidden strings, and prioritize getting affected customers back up and running quickly, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The equipment is was delivered timely and setup was easy. Downloading the software was simple. It would be nice if the rotary was a fold down versus an attachment. However, it’s not a big deal. I love the machine.

I have been using the vista and Lumos for a little while now and the machines are both amazing. The Lumos is fast on my first test I didn't even realize it was completed. Can't wait to try the other products they offer
