GMKtec EU Anmeldelser 21

Meiner Meinung nach hat GMKtec mit der NucBox K13 einen ziemlich perfekten Mini-PC entwickelt. Im etwas außergewöhnlichen, aber wie ich finde gut designten, rechteckigen Gehäuse stecken neben den erwartbaren Anschlüssen auch zwei vollwertige USB 4 Anschlüsse. Für mich herausragend ist der eingesetzte Intel Core Ultra 7 256V mit Arc 140V Grafik und NPU, den man (im BIOS einstellbar) auch mit einer niedrigen TDP von 17W betreiben kann.
Habe den PC jetzt seit über einer Woche und er erfüllt meine Erwartungen. Während der ausreichend schnellen Lieferzeit von sechs Tagen habe ich nach einem anfänglichen Missverständnis einige Mails mit GMKtec ausgetauscht. Mir wurde immer schnell, freundlich und am Ende zielführend geantwortet.

Mini Pc M6 ultra acheté et expédié d'Allemagne. Réception rapide le pc présente une anomalie de gestion thermique. Les ventilateurs ne refroidissent pas asser le processeur qui monte a 91°. Demande de retour immédiate, rétractation pour produit défectueux. Le sav me demande 15% de frais de restockage ce qui est illégal. Litige paypal ouvert toujours en cours de traitement. Un conseil payez uniquement avec PayPal car sinon vous serez escroqué. Gmktec entreprise chinoise sans scrupules.....très fortement déconseillé.

I ordered a Mini PC, and only when I got the confirmation email did it say I would have to pay customs. Why didn't they mention this when ordering??? Of course I immediately canceled the order. The refund was supposed to take a week at most, but even after that I still haven't received a refund. I opened PayPal disputes. DO NOT BUY - SCAM!

Ordered a system. They misled with their site saying they have eu stock. It always comes from china. Then they tried to commit customs fraud and told me if I wouldn't accept the 135€ declared value they would have to cancel the order. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I have to go through the effort of a charge back with my credit card because of the games they've played. Scummy company, at this point committed fraud and theft.

Alles lief bei mir perfekt. Auch der Mailsupport war schnell und freundlich.

Mi experiencia con GMKtec ha sido extremadamente frustrante y decepcionante. Compré una mini PC NucBox K12 a principios de diciembre y llegó completamente inoperativa (no encendía).

El problema principal no es el defecto del producto en sí, sino la pésima gestión de la garantía y el proceso de reemplazo:
Proceso lento e ineficaz: El proceso se ha prolongado durante más de un mes y medio, y me he visto obligado a enviar múltiples correos electrónicos de seguimiento debido a las respuestas lentas y genéricas.
Fallos críticos en la entrega y la comunicación: La empresa confirmó formalmente la recepción de la unidad devuelta el 7 de enero y prometió explícitamente que el reemplazo funcional se enviaría en un plazo de tres días.
Silencio absoluto desde la promesa: A día de hoy, 14 de enero, esta promesa se ha roto, y lo más grave es que no he recibido ninguna respuesta, actualización ni número de seguimiento desde su correo electrónico del 7 de enero. Mis solicitudes de seguimiento del 8, 13 y 14 de enero han sido completamente ignoradas.
Más de 40 días después de mi compra original, sigo sin un producto que funcione debido a la completa incapacidad del servicio posventa de GMKtec para cumplir con sus compromisos o incluso mantener una comunicación básica.

Ahora exijo un reembolso completo e inmediato.

A los futuros compradores: Si bien la calidad del producto a veces puede fallar, la calidad del servicio de atención al cliente de GMKtec es lo que realmente debería preocuparles.
Si algo sale mal, prepárense para una resolución inaceptablemente lenta y frustrante.

The actual product (AMD mini pc) is good.

However, they lie about their 'EU shop', there's no such thing and you WILL be charged customs etc.

Commande de 2 × K8+ reçue sans aucun souci. Le matériel est conforme et de qualité.

Un grand merci au SAV, et tout particulièrement à Yann, pour des échanges rapides, clairs et vraiment professionnels. Les frais de douane ont été intégralement remboursés, ce qui est très appréciable.

À noter également le renvoi des deux cadeaux oubliés lors de la première expédition, reçus sans discussion et dans de très bons délais.

Une entreprise sérieuse, à l’écoute de ses clients, que je recommande sans hésiter !

I ordered three mini PCs (NucBox M5 Plus) in December 2024 for about 685 USD. Less than a year later, one device started showing defects, it won't boot properly, the power indicator turns off immediately.

Support instructed me to return the device to their German warehouse in Bremen, including a warehouse code on the package. I did exactly that. DHL confirmed delivery with a signature.

On November 13th, GMKtec wrote to me: "Dear customer, we have confirmed your returned item." They asked for my address to ship the replacement. I confirmed, and then silence.

A week later, they suddenly claimed the package could not be found. Now THEY want ME to pay: 150 euros to "search" the warehouse with no guarantee of success, or 100 USD for a new device, or accept a 100 USD voucher.

This is unacceptable. They confirmed receipt in writing. As an EU customer, I am entitled to a 2-year legal warranty under EU Directive 2019/771. Internal warehouse problems are not my responsibility.

Bottom line: GMKtec is fine as long as everything works. But when you need warranty service, you get stalled and are expected to pay out of pocket.

Mon expérience avec Gmkteck à été mitigée. Le colis est parti depuis la Chine et non depuis l'UE (alors que le site laisse à penser que du stock est présent en Europe) et a transité par le Japon, retour en Chine puis escale en Inde avant d'arriver en France. Annoncé pour le jeudi j'ai pris télétravail en conséquence mais le colis n'est finalement arrivé que le lendemain et le livreur l'a laissé devant ma porte sans instructions de ma part. Ce qui ne me dérange pas outre mesure mais le manque de communication de FedEx est assez problématique. J'ai également dû m'acquitter de frais de douane d'un montant de 23.90EUR. Cela m'a été dissimulé à la commande, aucun avertissement de la part du marchand. Après demande de ma part, le service client m'a informé que je pourrai me faire rembourser. J'attends des nouvelles de GMKTEC au sujet de ce remboursement. Si cela se concrétise je changerai ma note et monterai d'une étoile. Cela dit, ces mésaventures sont le prix à payer pour avoir du matériel (que j'espère de qualité et durable) beaucoup moins cher.

Auch wenn der bestellte PC völlig okay ist, wird das Produkt ggf wie beim mir vom Zoll festgehalten. In Hongkong schreiben die einfach immer 80 Euro drauf, damit der Kram zollfrei in die EU kommt. Egal ob das Gerät 400 oder 90 Euro kostet. Man selbst hat dann den ganzen Ärger mit dem Zoll und zahlt saftig nach.

Slow delivery.
The device itself works fine, but a month later I received a letter demanding payment of customs duties — about 30% of the device’s price.
Although the website appears to be based in the EU and advertises free delivery, the product is actually shipped from Hong Kong, and the buyer has to pay for import.
As a result, the final price is far from what was expected.
Also, the website disables the option to leave a review once the device has been purchased.

Complete scammers. The site makes it look like they ship from Europe, but everything comes from China. In the end, you end up paying an outrageous price because of customs fees. Stay away from them.

This store has a horrible communication. I ordered a mini pc last week, it has been 6 days and it still has not shipped my order. When I tried contacting the support, there was zero response. No reply to my mail at all. I dont know if I am scammed of my money or if I will get my stuff.

EDIT:
After 2 weeks of ghosting, I raised a paypal dispute. and then they replied me, asking to close the dispute and then they will ship my order. I chose to cancel the order since I cannot trust them anymore.

STAY AWAY!

J'ai commandé un mini-PC EVO X2-128+2T - J'ai eu la version avec 128 Go de RAM en pré-commande. Je donne 4 étoiles pour le mini-PC, car c'est une très bonne machine : les jeux tournent bien et le mini-PC est très pratique pour les LLM (mais je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles à cause des problèmes de pilotes, qui font que le NPU est inutilisable). Je descends à 1 étoile car le mini-PC est tombé en panne au bout de deux semaines (une surchauffe fatale).

Avec des détails :
* Le NPU ne marche pas pour le moment (donc pour les LLM, on pourra utiliser juste le GPU intégré, qui reste très bon), même après l'installation des pilotes AMD en suivant la procédure d'AMD. Le NPU ne fonctionne donc pas sous la version Windows 11 pré-installée. Bizzarement, le test d'AMD pour utiliser le NPU plante dans l'invite de commande Windows. Je n'ai pas eu le temps de tester avec une distribution Linux, voir le point suivant.
* Pire, il y a des problèmes de surchauffe avec le mini-PC, qui s'éteint brusquement par mesure de protection. Suite à la seconde extinction, l'ordinateur ne s'est jamais rallumé (il a dû griller). J'ai informé le service client, qui a répondu dans un premier temps pour avoir des détails. Après avoir expliqué le problème de surchauffe et l'envoi d'une vidéo montrant que le PC ne démarre plus, le service client en répond plus, malgré la garantie d'un an. FAITES DONC BIEN ATTENTION EN UTILISANT LE MODE "PERFORMANCE" DU MINI-PC : risque de panne par surchauffe. Autrement, en mode économie d'énergie et en mode normal, il n'y a pas eu de problème quand je faisais du calcul sur le GPU intégré. En espérant que l'entreprise améliore le refroidissement de ce mini-PC qui a par ailleurs tout pour plaire, faites attention pour les tâches gourmandes (encodage vidéo 4K ou plus, calculs sur GPU, LLM en continu, ...).
* Enfin, une petite remarque : le benchmark du mini-PC me semble trompeur. Même s'il peut faire tourner un LLM jusqu'à 2,2 fois plus vite qu'une carte NVIDIA RTX 4090 (comme dit sur leur site), il s'agit d'une RTX 4090 bridée à la même puissance (au même TDP) que l'APU AMD du mini-PC.

No such thing as a European store, they still ship from Hong Kong just like their international store.

Chose the German shop because I needed fast delivery to replace a crashed computer, and didn't want the hassle of dealing with import fees into Europe. Even went with a lower model as the higher model was not available at the "European store", and this was a rush order.

After 5 days from order the shipment has finally begun from Hong Kong, with delivery due in 7 days. According to my enquiry with their customer service department the answer is yes - you can indeed expect to pay European import tariffs for orders from their "EU store" which are in fact sent from Hong Kong..

I purchased GMKtec regarding the positive reviews about the brand internationally. But I ended up believing that the EU website is complete fake.

This company acts like they have EU stocks and when you place an order from an EU country you think it will be delivered from the EU. No it is not. I placed an order on the 9th of July for 2x mini PC's and I also paid for express shipment which was promising 7 working days delivery so I thought everything is alright. In couple of days I received the shipment tracking code and noticed that items were being shipped from China. I've been waiting to receive my goods but then few days later I received an email which tells me that they been reported by the shipping partners that my legal address information is not valid so they couldn't ship my goods.

I have corrected my address which was correct anyway and send them back. In couple of days I have received the same mail tells me my address is wrong. I wrote my address in international standard format and sent them back.. Hoping they will resolve the issue..

Today I have received an email again tells me that my address is wrong which makes me think that something shady going on. This is not the first time I'm being shipped products from China and I always use the same address in same format.

I gave them the same address in same format once again.. If I don't receive this product in promised 7 working days I will ask for a refund which I suspect they will do anything about it..

If you are in the EU, I would not recommend purchasing anything from GMKtec.

UPDATE:

Today somehow I have received my order but I only received 1 mini PC which I paid for 2 :)

On my original order summary it's perfectly clear that order quantity is 2. The company is for sure pretty amateur or they don't take it serious.

I still don't recommend shopping from them.

🌟 Titel: Schlechte Kommunikation & kein verlässlicher Versand

Ich habe am 6. Juli eine Bestellung bei GMKtec aufgegeben und um Expressversand gebeten. Nach der Bestellung habe ich zwar eine Bestellbestätigung erhalten, die Anhänge mit den AGB und der Widerrufsbelehrung ließen sich jedoch nicht öffnen – ein sehr fragwürdiger erster Eindruck.

Mehrere Tage vergingen ohne Versandbestätigung oder Sendungsnummer. Auf meine Nachfrage versprach man mir, dass die Bestellung "am nächsten Tag" verschickt würde – dies wurde aber nicht eingehalten. Nach erneutem Nachhaken bekam ich das gleiche Versprechen ein zweites Mal, diesmal mit einem angeblichen 5-Dollar-Gutschein als Entschädigung.

Leider wirkte das Ganze nicht professionell oder vertrauenswürdig – insbesondere bei einem bezahlten Expressversand.
Ich habe inzwischen vom Kauf Abstand genommen und um Rückerstattung gebeten.

Fazit: Für mich leider keine gute Kauferfahrung. Schlechte Kommunikation, unzuverlässige Aussagen und kein transparenter Ablauf.

I ordered a mini PC from GMKtec and paid via PayPal. Unfortunately, I never received a shipping confirmation, and my repeated inquiries were met with vague or delayed replies. Twice they promised expedited shipping – but nothing happened.

The order confirmation included attachments like the terms & conditions and cancellation policy, but these could not be opened or read. When I decided to cancel the order, I was ignored again, and no refund has been issued to date.

I have now set a final deadline and will open a PayPal dispute if no refund is received. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller – I’m honestly glad I didn’t keep the product.

I ordered the G3 Plus. It arrived in 11 days. It is really compact and still silent. Powerful enough for my use. It is excelent value. I decided to go for the G3 plus due to the low wattage expecting that it would be more silent than the more powerfull ones. So far I am happy. I was able to mount it to the back of my monitor using the included VESA bracket, and a separately bought CPU holder (the separeate CPU holder ewas not strictily necessary but was an advantage with the monitor that I chose - Lenovo N27P).

Der GMKtec G9 ist bei mir als NAS im Einsatz und macht einen tollen Job - er ist schön leise und trotzdem leistungsstark. Die Datenübertragung geht flott von der Hand, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach spitze.
