I ordered a replacement panel for my display from LPscreen after receiving an incompatible part from a different vendor. When testing the screen on arrival, I noticed a small defect -- customer service responded almost immediately to my inquiry and shipped out a replacement at no cost. The panels I received were fully compatible and matched the original display specifications/quality, at a lower price than other suppliers, and with free shipping.

The support and technical support teams were the best.

After placing my order I emailed them (LPScreen) about the specific screen I wanted. To me emailing to get the specific screen you want seems a little janky but it worked fine. The screen I ordered took a while to arrive but it was within the estimated time they gave me. When it arrived it was packaged very well in a lot of bubble wrap. The screen I asked for was sent and it works. Yay!

Service was great. Screen came on time.

Realicé todo el proceso de búsqueda y compra del producto, incluyendo la confirmación previa de su disponibilidad y de los detalles de la transacción. Procedí con el pago correspondiente; sin embargo, días después, este fue revertido sin ninguna explicación por parte de la empresa.

Esto genera la impresión de que no contaban realmente con el producto en stock al momento de la venta. La falta de comunicación y claridad en el proceso afecta significativamente la confianza del cliente.

En estas condiciones, resulta poco probable que recomiende la empresa tras esta experiencia.

They had a difficult to find display screen for my Swift5 laptop at a competitive price. They were very cautious about making sure it was exactly the right fit and it was.

J'ai commandé un écran pour Un Pc gamer chez eux et heureusement un autre écran chez un autre fournisseur pur être sur si problème . J'ai testé leur écran et constaté un défaut d'affichage. L'autre écran commandé sur ebay n'a pas eu de soucis. Je les ai contacté et leur ai renvoyé l'écran à mes frais en recommandé . Plusieurs relances de ma part pour demander un remboursement. Ils m'ont fait attendre plus d'un mois à cause de leur vacances pour le tester et me dire que leur écran n'a aucun soucis. Et donc qu'il vont garder 50 % du la somme pour leur frais de restockage mais, si je leur mets un avis positif sur ce site ! ils me rembourseront la totalité !!! ... Du coup Litige PayPal et gain du litige j'ai pu récupérer les 50 % de la somme qu'ils avaient gardé. Donc attention, si vous commandez chez eux. Prenez bien toutes les photos nécessaires et si problème ne pas tarder à signaler un litige .

They had a chinese new year break which caused my order to be delayed. But afterwards their expedited shipping was surprisingly fast

So far i have bought two screens from the side. The first screen was perfectly fine, the second didn't work correctly. I messaged them with proof that the screen does not work and they immediately offered to send me a replacement. I am waiting for the replacement in high hopes that the replacement arrives fully functional

Was sent a wrong screen. 1 mail was enough to have the correct screen send and I could even keep the wronly sent item. We all make mistakes. The true value of a company shows when something goes wrong and the problem is corrected instantly without discussions. The new screen arrived and works fine, resulting in a happy customer for us.
Therefor, eventhough a mistake was made, 5 stars for correctly and quickly resolve it.

Great experience! My screen arrived safely, protected in lots of bubble wrap and worked perfectly upon install. I was retrofitting a laptop that was never offered with this screen so I was pleased to see that the kit even included new double sided tape for mounting. The price and shipping costs were fair. Regular shipping from China took a while, but that is to be expected. If you need it fast (I didn’t), pay for expedited shipping.
