Product never got delivered
When I ordered from Orico a year ago, the company wrote me that they have stock issues and that I'm supposed to wait two weeks. This timeframe kept expanding and the company kept stalling:
Asking me whether my address is still correct, saying they are shipping it now but never supplying a tracking number, etc.
Even when I asked for a refund, they kept stalling.
Eventually, I tried to file a chargeback claim via PayPal. But unfortunately, the buyers protection period had expired already.
I have not received my order to this day, and customer support stopped replying to me now also.
TL;DR: Do not let this company stall your delivery whatsoever. Immediately ask for a refund. Terrible customer support. I would not trust them whatsoever.
