This is a scam. Don’t waste your money. They will never respond back with any info for your service history! I’ve emailed them as well, with no response . They will take the £24.99 charge for the search and no outcome will be received!

Wish I had read the reviews before paying out complete waste of time automated email system to car service operators most of whom don’t respond no targeted approach just a massive email blast

I purchased the fast track service on 23/10/2024 for £30 ,that's like 5 months ago ,they replied to my early email but customer service is non existent,total waste of money BEWARE

Absolute waste of money. 6 weeks on and no history found. Scam

I signed up to the service 6 weeks ago. After a couple of weeks no progress and now 6 weeks on -it won’t even allow access to the search page. Customer service is non existent- no response to emails
It is unfortunate a scam.

paid 25 quid for nothing i told them to contact alfa romeo as im sure car has early service records are with them until 2021 i know because i called alfa customer care myself and they confirmed it but they said i have to know what main dealer actually done the work and i have to contact them directly they could not tell me who as their system not connected to all alfa dealers,and i told so called car service history to contact all the ALFA main dealers first and veloces of london as the car has number plates from them and they have still not contacted all main dealers its been 7 weeks and i got car for sale(DO YOU NOT THiNK THE MAiN DEALER FOR THE MAKE OF CAR SHOULD BE THE FiRST PLACE TO CHECK?) and they dont reply back to messages either and the review are fake on there web page,TRUST ME DONT FALL FOR THiS iTS A SCAM THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP AND i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Have waited two months with no response. Sent emails with no reply. £24-99 just waisted on this scam company.

Absolute waste of time. Do not waste your money. I tried getting the service history for a car I bought. I signed up and even paid extra for the fast track service. Waited 4 months and heard nothing from Car Service History. I made a few phone calls myself and got the service history sent to myself. I have tried contacting them and heard nothing back. I have even tried cancelling the search and haven't heard anything. If I log on it still tells me that the search is still on going. Please don't waste your time and money on this web site

So sorry I never read the reviews before I paid 24.99. Two weeks later. Nothing. They don't even reply to questions they are. They should be shut down. Avoid avoid avoid

Scam. Do Not part with any money even if it is under £30.

Total waste of money 💰 paid almost £40 been weeks total con .rang the local ford dealership and they gave me the information for free and emailed it to me ???

if there was option to leave 0 stars that migh have the case that I'm experiencing with this carservicehistory scam. paid for fast track search and 0 service history found in over a months time. paid over £27 and heard nothing from them since. quick on taking money, haven't heard back from them since I made payment. be aware:don't go for this scam organisation.

3 mths and still nothing , didn’t realise all they do is send the same message to loads of garages in the hope they reply ! Waste of money !

Do not use

I paid for an enhanced package to get my promised history very quickly. In fact when I signed up to the service it was with a promise they already had results for my car. This is as a lie.

Several months later, I realised all they do is spam garages with emails asking if they can help. Quite honestly, anyone could do this. If I was a garage, I wouldn’t respond to spam.

I have given up and sold the car. Asked their support to cancel. Several requests to cancel have been made and they continue to encourage me not to cancel. The results and spam I get from them have zero use to me as I don’t own the car. But they refuse to cancel.

This service is a joke, stay well clear.

I can only assume their 5 star reviews are fake just like their chosen reviews they put on their website.

Purchased online as after I had given my registration number they identified (apparently) there was some history available .
This was November 2024 after many attempts to find out what was going on I got one reply then nothing !
Now 3 months later nothing ! All they had to do is communicate !
Would advise NOT paying this company blind …
They obviously scammed me from the start , I’m assuming they pick the low fruit and everyone else misses out without even an explanation .

Scam. But trust me I will get my money back. Emailed them many times and no reply. Do not pay them, ignore the reviews they are fake.

If you read this, do not waste your money! I pretty much gave the garages I took my car to and still they couldn’t retrieve the service history.

Well I paid £19,99 + £6,99 for express service. That was on 07.01.2025 So far no emails and no phone calls. I sent few emails without any response. Save your money and avoid this clowns.
