Full experience seems a bit dodgy.
Firstly, it accepted the affiliate code, but didn’t apply the discount.
Then it wouldn’t accept my 3 digit card CVC. It allowed me to use image capture for my card and pulled the wrong expiry date. All details were checked multiple times and were correct, but kept failing CVC till I just used Apple Pay.
The free bit indicated something worth checking. It did say finance or plate change, but it presents in such a way that you really need to check the finance history. It wasn’t this.
Finally the image presented in looked like a Hyundai i10 or something. Nothing like a Škoda Kamiq.
All in, this experience makes me question the reliability.

Disappointing: having paid for the higher priced check I thought it would include details about servicing, this needs an extra payment which is discounted to £7.xx. It would have been useful to know this earlier.
The free check provided by Vehicle Score is an excellent service.
Just paid the £7.16 for the Service History report: only 1 item on it, a service 17 months after first being registered - Vehicle Score cannot help thet there was only the 1 item.
For a little over £20 I have found enough to re-assure me that it's worth pursuing the purchase of the vehicle. A BIG THANKYOU to Vehicle Score.

Having wanted to view the service records for the vehicle I decided to purchase the 'FULL' report rather than the cheaper version. I then found that the 'FULL' report didn't contain the service history included in the cheaper report and another payment was required to get it. That's not good VehicleScore. Not good at all.

It was simple and straight forward to use and I wasn't changed when the service history didn't show any records. Report was clear and precise

Did Vehicle report on my car on 23rd March 2026, with VehicleScore Uk.

I nearly collapse when report came back, incorrect that I had outstanding car finance loan on my vehicle.

This information has left me in shatters and not being able to sell my car. I quickly did another check with HPI and showed no outstanding loan was on my car.

I did enquire about loan December 2024 but did not go ahead.

Why is VehicleScore Uk has not updating there data base and showing incorrect information, regarding vehicle check on my car from December 2024.

This incorrect information has cost me stress and not selling my car.

I have complained to VehicleScore Uk and will keep updated regarding this matter

SHOCKINGLY BAD! Bought a Service History check for £8.95 and they advertise ‘No Charge if no data’

There was no data on my car apparently but they still charged me. Emailed Vehicle Score and said you should refund because there is no data and was told that they incurred a charge so would not refund!!

Fraudulent!

Amazing, Easy to understand, Gives great details on Vehicle.

First time used great even the free check's will use again

All lies about my car they should be done for fraudulent activities for you to buy a full report.

Number plate change , outstanding finance , insurance salvage , all not true. Do not use this fraudulent company, how they get away with this is beyond me.

Have been using this app for a while now. Has helped me in the past and will continue to use it.

VehicleScore add the following warning to vehicles with private number plates presumably to scare potential buyers and owners to purchase costly reports. Unashamed and unwarranted scaremongering for profit. Don't misunderstand, you definitely should check a cars history before purchasing but this is deliberately misleading and may put off purchasers from proceeding with perfectly legitimate cars.

Does what is said on the tin ....no messing and covered with 10k insurance coverage for erroneous info.

I did an initial check on a car that I liked the look of and Vehiclescore warned me about potential serious issues which included insurance category risk, outstanding finance and number plate changes. I spoke to the seller who assured me he bought the car cash when it was a year old and had no accidents that he was aware of! So I paid for a full report to see what exactly the issues were. The car came back with a completely clean report-no insurance write off or outstanding finance either. I suspect this is a way of getting you to get a paid report-not impressed at all.
