Car Service History Anmeldelser

Waste of money. I should have read the reviews here before I wasted my cash. Useless - they bombard garages with requests and so the garages no longer respond to them. 10 days later and nothing back 🤷‍♂️

They get you to sign up and pay £25 then the messaging app doesn't work. You try to enter your VC5 number and it rejects it. This is a fraudulent website BEWARE!

Don’t waste your money - no service found despite me knowing for a fact now that all serving was done and have the records from the dealer
And according to this lot it’s rejected by most garages including the one that done the servicing - wast of money

Purchased in Dec-24 and 4 months on there has been no history found even though vehicle was hire car services at main dealer. Support is non existant.

I paid the fee and within 5 minutes received an email saying their service took up to 25 days which made it useless to me. I did not agree to their terms and conditions and asked for an immediate refund within 6 minutes of paying the fee. They are now telling me I can have a credit note for their useless service which I have to use within 2 years. I am still requesting a refund as I did not agree to their terms. They have no phone number. Avoid.

If i could give it a zero I would.

Complete lack of communication from start to finish, started the search in March and have had nothing from them. Multiple emails and messages have not been answered do not go anywhere near this company.

Quite simply a scam,I paid £25 and three months later, nothing. They will give you excuses but please don't waste your money. I'm not sure how they are allowed to get away with this.

Total waste of £24.99, I've been waiting for over a week now and nothing has come through yet, they said I should fast track the service at an extra cost of £7.99. Absolute rip-off, don't go with this company as they are con artists. I have reported them to DVLA and they are chasing them for me.

Scammers on the 11/11/24 I paid £19.99 for a service history check.email few times but no reply.I hope somehow bad things happened to this people and never enjoy life with other peoples money

Complete scam!! Avoid

Started investigation for car history at the end of Feb, was stated 'fast response etc.
It's all a lie and a scam, still now just started April, still nothing found.
Went to the actual dealership myself and low and behold there's the service history that this company couldn't find!
Waste of money and time.

It's a con, don't pay your money. I paid and then it' sends out spammy emails to garages in the UK. I've been waiting weeks for a response and now I can't log in to my account. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Go to your main dealer and ask for the history.

Biggest Scam on the market
Do not spend your money on this
3 months ive waited and nothing
No reply to emails and the bogus address thats given

Cheating fraud ,requested for car service check, asked to cancel my investigation because I don’t have v5 number and not even acknowledged, requested for cancellation and refund,no response till now

For some reason I ordered without reading reviews and that was a mistake! As the genuine reviews say, they simply auto send emails to hundreds of random garages (or say they do - the fake reviews on the website don’t inspire confidence).

Ask for help and you get AI written junk responses stalling for time. They never find anything. I did a chargeback through my bank in the end. AVOID!

to be honest it's a scum company never ever go through this company if you need to find your car service history as I did over two months ago still I am not able to contact them despite send them loads of email but no response yet.

Utter scam, no customer service when requesting assistance. AI or chat bots in use. They do not read the messages correctly.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COPMANY. REFUND NOW
If you own a VW. Why don’t they just go to VW instead of 1000s of garages. Useless

This website is a scam. Claims over 11k excellent reviews, however website only recently opened. No history is ever found and no contact made with customer. Payments for speedy service make no difference to service.
Positive reviews on this site appear false based on names provided and number of reviews. Negative reviews on the other hand are clearly factual.

Total waste of money been waiting months, cant even get on to show any investigations done. The website is complete con. Need reporting! Don’t waste your time and money.
