Car Service History Anmeldelser

A complete con. Pay £19.99 to be told nothing!

Should have read the reviews. Service is a con, run by AI and you will never get any service history from them. you have more luck just getting the MOT history and contacting the garages they were done at.

Its run by Mr Zacharia Grierson who was the only Director for AUTODATA SERVICES LIMITED which has been dissolved as of 28th July 2026.

He seems to have had lots of failed online businesses and I have reported the company to trading standards and also reported it online to the police fraud unit.

Scam scam scam

After completing my purchase on carservicehistory.co.uk, the site said “We are preparing your investigation” and claimed it would “usually take a few seconds.” The we page then showed messages such as “Assigning an agent,” “Creating your investigation,” and “Almost there.”

A couple of hours later, nothing had changed. I tried again using a different browser, but got exactly the same result.

In my experience, this website is either fundamentally broken or highly questionable. The only thing it successfully did was take £9.99 from me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Biggest scammers on the market! I paid £24.99 to use their service in Nov 2025.. of course like everyone else they couldn’t find any service history for my car. Come Feb 2026, they’ve helped themselves to £24.99 again and when raising this with them, they stated it is a ‘mistake’ and will raise this with their accounting department.. still haven’t received anything back!

Do not go with this company. The 5 star reviews somehow go back to 2024 but this company didn't incorporate until Jan 2025. They do not produce any service history and will take multiple payments from your card without your knowledge. They dont have a number and dont reply to emails.

Scam paid £29.99 for report 2 months later stopped another £24.99 without my knowledge have reported them to bank never respond to e- mails keep well away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE MONEY OUT YOUR BANK MONTHS LATER HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH MY BANK BECAUSE THEY DON’T RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS

PLEASE DO NOT USE.

I wish I looked up trust pilot reviews and not their scam reviews online. I never got my car service history despite paying £29.99 back in October, thought my loss whatever. However, almost 4 months later, I just got a notification they have taken ANOTHER payment from my account despite me not authorising this or authorising a direct debits. They are absolute SCAMMERS. I have contacted the company however reading these reviews I don't hold my breath for a response. I have contacted my bank to dispute the payment. Low life scum.

Anyone thinking of using this company DONT, DONT,DONT, they are fraudulent scammers Once they have your card details they take multiple payments from your account over months. Anyone else on here who have had this done to them, please report to your bank for investigation, I have , they need to see this isn’t just an isolated error, it’s being done multiple times

Complete scam they took £34.99 then another 34.99 a few hours later wish id looked here first avoid them like COVID

This is a scam site!
I paid £9.99 so they could search for my ex royal mail service history but instead of asking royal mail or any associated mechanic with royal mail they started a generic search for every garage other then those who could possibly have the service history. Then then a few days later took a second payment of 9.99 from my account without my permission which is illegal. This is a dodgy company who are just scamming people.

I was worried about the reviews but once I emailed they were really helpful. Don’t ask don’t get

Just like everyone else. I wish i’d read reviews!
Absolutely a scam! Nothing received at all, just kept saying failed. Now have charged me again 2 months later. No option to delete account, remove bank details on website etc.
Have reported for scam activity and fraud. Their website uses fake trustpilot “review” stars to say they’re rated “excellent” across 4,500 reviews. Which is again, fraud and a massive lie.
Hopefully i can get my money back.

sent them £24.99 for a report on a vehicle I was selling in November. I did not receive a report. they have today taken another £24.99 from my credit card. A total con have cancelled my card - wish I had looked at trust pilot first

I have been scammed by paying once and not getting any results! And then after 50 days I have been charged second time for the same service!

Doesn't seem like this is legitimate at all. Paid for full service history and can't even log in. Surprised this website is still up and running, because this is the best scam I've seen.

You've been warned

I paid this company £29.99 in July 2025
I've not had an email from them, they've not responded to my emails, I try to login to the account I created and all it says is, if this email is registered we'll send a magic link. Then no link, no email, nothing. It all looked completely legit, Google reviews seemed fine. But now I've been completely cheated. I was completely cheated. And this is more of a warning to anyone because they definitely won't respond to any reviews

Cancelled the order. Confirmed cancellation, said refund will be soon. 3 weeks not responding to emails, no refund! Avoid!!!!

Paid £29.99 in June 2025, waited 6 months and absolutely nothing. Not even a report to say they found nothing !!!!!!!
A complete scam.
