Car Service History Anmeldelser

I’ve been coming here for the last few months and they never fail to disappoint me. Thank you

Scam avoid avoid. Took my money now say my email address is not valid and will not respond to any emails. Can't believe I've been done!!

AVOID , SCAM website.
They took my 24.99 then a few days later I was unable to log onto the account saying that they don’t recognise my details.
I’ve emailed them and emailed them to be completely ignored !

I do wish I'd read the reviews first! These lot are total scum bags. I paid for this service in March, and also paid for the extra quick service nothing to show for it.
Its a scam people stay well clear. I can't even contact these crooks now as my email has been closed down! SCAM, SCUM. Stay clear.

paid extra for the rapid service in the end got nothing whatsoever. reimbursed the extra but not the fee ... quoted terms and conditions..
avoid like the plague

Same review as everyone else on here total scam 100 percent fraudsters avoid paying the £24.99 fees.

Scam paid and locked out no response from customer service do not use does not reply.

Contacted card company and charging back so they agree

Do not waste your money this is a total scam! I paid £24.99 for car service check for a car my son wanted to buy. First of all they don't warn you that the report takes up to 25 days rather than an immediate report like car vertical. After 10 days you are locked out of your report and the support surprisingly does not exist!

Like everyone else here, this service is a SCAM. I paid for my service history check in December 2024 and my investigation still says 0 history found (Except the 4 I entered manually) and all the garage contacts are still pending. I contacted their support which is a disgrace and they told me to wait longer! All their pages now seem to show 404 not found, all the 5 star review links do not work and I imagine are fake and AI bot created.

STAY AWAY from these cowboys they are liers and thieves and as such I have reported them to trading standards, who need more people to complain before they investigate.

Absolute waste of money!

Absolute waste of money, paid £24.99 for history check now they have blocked my email address and will not let into account, tried emailing them all you get is a computerised answer saying the same thing which doesn't help. Wish I had read reviews first.

got to the 25 days, now i cant log in, no service history, no communication. going through my credit card to get a refund hopefully. DO NOT USE! THIS IS A SCAM!
JUST HAD FULL REFUND FROM MY CREDIT CARD,

I have just had my email address blocked and unable to login as it states an unknown email address, I Paid £24.99 for 0 results so far and now unable to check on any progress.

Wish I'd read this before giving them my £35....
Totally inefficient, sending 2000 mass emails out to random auto places up and down the UK instead of actually targeting the brand of my car and also the area it came from. Waste of time and money. I may consider updating this if they find some hidden service but I managed to get an answer by calling Hyundai within 10 mins, for free.

What ever you do, do not give this site your money, you will never get it back and it's highly unlikely you'll ever get the service you pay for.
I've been waiting weeks for the service history for my car.
Despite telling them the details and contact info for the one and only garage that has ever dealt with my car before I brought it they keep delaying, keep repeating the same AI written nonsense to my queries and wasting time "contacting" 10k+ garages who have never seen my car.
This site and service is a scam.
If you request a refund you won't get one.
The trustpilot reviews on their webpage are false.
The support staff are fake - I've done a reverse image search on the staff member and its someone completely different.
I'm escalating this to trading standards to try and avoid others wasting their time and money.

Please please please do not give this company your money. Purchased start of march and nothing. So far apparently this system has sourced 0 out of 15,000 garages ( I found more out by picking up the phone in a day). It is a software program doing nothing making you believe it is beavering away. They are scraping money from hard working people and not doing anything. Looked up the company reg address and it's not even an office block. Complete scammers. Reporting to trading standards. You can't even ring them (there's a reason for that). I am writing this to avoid you being scammed. The Google reviews are not even real. I wish I had investigated them before handing over £25 for nothing. Enjoy my money you modern d**k turpins!

Absolute horrendous service!!!

Like others, within an hour I made contact to tell them I did not own the car. So I requested a refund and have since asked for checks to be completed on a car that I did buy in replacement (Long story short - the car was sold to someone else last minute.) so I was unable to sign the T&Cs for the original car.

I have sent so many messages via my thread and get the same automated bot response back from “Ryan”. Clearly not reading the messages in their responses. So much so I have uploaded my documents for another car and they are still “searching” for service reports on another vehicle I have told them that I don’t own ??

An absolute waste of time, money and energy, do not waste your time.

I wish I had read reviews first.

***DON’T USE THEM****Absolute disgrace of a ‘company’. I wished I’d looked at Trustpilot before stupidly paying for their service. I realised (too late) that I didn’t require their services and therefore didn’t sign their agreement to start the process. However when I asked for a refund (an hour later) they said they had begun and reached out to a ‘number of garages’. It’s nonsense. They’re rubbish.

Waste of money!!! Avoid....

Absolute waste of time and money. Paid for check in Feb, gave them the details of one dealer I knew had done my service, and yet still couldn't find any after nearly 3 months. Asked them to stop and close my account and they've refused. I suspect it's a scam but can't prove it.

Shut it down. What a con. Fortunately, paid by credit card and reported it as a scam
