Please don't mislead us or the readers. The onboarding representative clearly and concisely informed you that your application has been accepted for review. This means there are no fundamental barriers to onboarding and the KYC process.
Paying the invoice triggered the document review process, which raised a basic question, for which we requested a bank statement. Suddenly, you changed your mind and requested a refund for the document review fee. We reiterated that to open an account, you must provide proof of your financial status with one document, but you also ignored this request.

Now you're complaining about being ignored, even though you haven't been ignored.

Considering the above, I suggest you send the requested document to the onboarding representative and start enjoying all the benefits of working with Bilder.

Hello.

Regarding identity verification: at one stage you were informed that a passport was required. Since then, we have confirmed that your Romanian ID can be used and have contacted you to continue the process and to provide additional documents (including a recent company bank statement for the last 6 months). We have not received the requested documents or a reply from you so far, which is why your onboarding is not completed yet.

Your personal and company documents are processed strictly in line with data protection and financial services regulations. We do not use client documentation for any “illegal places” or any purpose other than regulatory KYC/AML checks.

You are, of course, free to contact any authority if you wish. We fully comply with regulatory requirements and cooperate with supervisory bodies.

If you would like to proceed with your application, please respond to our last email and provide the outstanding documents so we can continue the review.

We strongly disagree with your description of our company as a “scam”.

The €700 you paid was a document verification and compliance review fee, not a payment for a guaranteed account. This fee is clearly stated as non-refundable in our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted before submitting your application.

During our review, we identified serious inconsistencies between the information you provided about your company and its actual business activity. As a regulated financial institution, we are legally required to refuse applications where the information appears misleading or does not meet our compliance standards.

We understand that this may be frustrating, but calling us a scam because we follow regulatory requirements and our published terms is not accurate. If you would like to discuss your specific case in more detail, our support team is available to review it with you directly.

Let us clarify several fundamental points for you and for everyone reading this:

We do not “seize” money. We follow the law.
Our Terms & Conditions, accepted by every client before onboarding, clearly state that:

• we may temporarily restrict operations,
• we may request additional documents,
• we may block transactions or accounts

where there are grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions breaches, or misuse of the account.
These measures are not our “wish”; they are a direct requirement of AML/CTF regulations and our regulators’ rules.

The legal basis exists, and it is strict.
Regulation obliges financial institutions to:

• monitor activity,
• investigate unusual patterns,
• freeze or restrict funds when transactions look suspicious or inconsistent with the declared business model,
• report such activity to the competent authorities.

Ignoring red flags, “closing eyes” for the comfort of a client, is illegal. We do the opposite. Intentionally.

If funds are blocked, there is a reason.
When:
• documentation is contradictory or fabricated,
• counterparties and flows are opaque,
• transaction logic is not aligned with the stated business,
• or a client refuses to cooperate with standard compliance checks,
we treat this as a risk.

In such cases, operations can be restricted, funds can be held pending clarification or instructions from authorities.
This can be inconvenient. It is supposed to be inconvenient for anyone trying to use our infrastructure for something they cannot transparently explain.

We open accounts for transparent businesses — and protect them from the rest.
The vast majority of our clients submit documents, answer questions, pass checks and operate without issues.

If an account becomes “unclean” three days after opening, it is usually because the activity does not match what the client declared, or triggers mandatory controls.
Calling this “fraud” by the institution is an inversion of reality. Protecting our platform and complying with AML rules is not fraud. Trying to disguise the nature of funds is.

On your “comparison” and tone.

We have zero tolerance for:
• attempts to pressure us into bypassing compliance,
• threats, insults or manipulative public posts,
• any form of money laundering, fraud, or abuse of our services.

If you are a legitimate business, you provide full documentation, answer compliance questions, and the situation is resolved through formal channels.
If you are not prepared to do that — our services are not for you.

To all readers:
Our priority is clear and non-negotiable — security, regulatory compliance, and protection of our honest clients’ funds and reputation.
If this means we rigorously scrutinize suspicious activity and block accounts that refuse transparency, we will continue to do exactly that.
