fraud!! don't trust this
i submited my company documents and i passed verification identity check with my personal id card several times and i paid settup fee to open account and after that they asked me to verify my identity using a passport which i don't have!!! i asked them to refun my money and to give me a writen signed document where to say they will not use my documents in other illegal places , an i got no reply from them anymore . i'll contact interpol. i'm waiting imediate response with a resolution

Regarding identity verification: at one stage you were informed that a passport was required. Since then, we have confirmed that your Romanian ID can be used and have contacted you to continue the process and to provide additional documents (including a recent company bank statement for the last 6 months). We have not received the requested documents or a reply from you so far, which is why your onboarding is not completed yet.
Your personal and company documents are processed strictly in line with data protection and financial services regulations. We do not use client documentation for any “illegal places” or any purpose other than regulatory KYC/AML checks.
You are, of course, free to contact any authority if you wish. We fully comply with regulatory requirements and cooperate with supervisory bodies.
If you would like to proceed with your application, please respond to our last email and provide the outstanding documents so we can continue the review.
