Break their own T&C
Conspiring with illegal operating casinos while their own T&C prohibit such transactions. Despite informing them about this breach to allow them to restore their mistakes they ignore the complaint and prefer to keep working with illegal casinos which is against their T&C and local legislation..
The company can restore its mistake by refunding the money to enforce their T&C. If not I will forward it to the FCA and UKGC asking them to intervene to stop these illegal practices.
Update: Their given reply is incorrect since they still facilitate payments for an illegal operating casino targetting Europe and the UK. Since the company lacks a resolution I will forward this to the relevant authorities asking them to intervene.
