waste of time
absolutely waste of time....I provided them with my passport copy and video and then an official paper that I own the apartment,....they customer support asked me to send some UTILITY bills with my name and address...I did send the Utility bills!....then they asked me to send a bank statement, I did..and that's what I got after all "Unfortunately, these documents do not meet necessary criteria and can't be accepted. ".... Wasted time.
PS I sent this month 2 different UTILITY Bills

For regulatory reasons, we can only accept a limited list of documents as proof of address, and unfortunately a property ownership paper is not on that list. Other documents we request (such as utility bills or bank statements) must clearly show your full name, residential address, date, and be of sufficient quality so our compliance team can verify them.
