Winna seems to be related to Heybets.io

Winna.com is a relaunch/partner casino from Heybets.io which is a rogue casino!
As mentioned previously here this is either a relaunch of Heybets casino or new sister brand. Heybets is a very rogue casino that scams players and refuses to pay out winnings. I had a balance of 5K which they refused to pay out without explaining why, when I asked for a full refund (>8K) they did not respond.

Funny is that on June 10 I reached out to Heybets.io and they replied immediately asking for a KYC check with name WINNA. This confirms that Winna casino is either a relaunch or partner casino from Heybets which means they are up to NO good and likely will scam people too (something I can see with the negative reviews here already). It is also worth the mention that the excessive high positive reviews from users with only 1 or 2 reviews should be considered a red flag!

Be warned! Winna.com will treat you the same as Heybets did which means you will have no trouble in losing money with them but once you win money the story likely will change.

Of course if the casino management resolves this matter my review will be updated with the outcome.

Break their own T&C

Conspiring with illegal operating casinos while their own T&C prohibit such transactions. Despite informing them about this breach to allow them to restore their mistakes they ignore the complaint and prefer to keep working with illegal casinos which is against their T&C and local legislation..

The company can restore its mistake by refunding the money to enforce their T&C. If not I will forward it to the FCA and UKGC asking them to intervene to stop these illegal practices.

Update: Their given reply is incorrect since they still facilitate payments for an illegal operating casino targetting Europe and the UK. Since the company lacks a resolution I will forward this to the relevant authorities asking them to intervene.

Rogue casino

This casino is rogue and operates illegally in The Netherlands. When you find out and complaint about it asking them for a refund since I was unaware of this they come with excuses and refer to wrong articles in their T&C.

Stay far away from this rogue casino, as many Curacao based casinos they only take money from the players but don't payout at all.

Casino with a good service level

One of the few crypto friendly casinos that have a decent service level and accept payments instantly and process payouts instantly.

Some games are missing but further it is a casino I would definitely recommend.

Relaunch of Westcasino

This casino holds ties with Westcasino.com, a now defunct casino as they lost their Maltese casino license.

Unfortunately, this casino operates illegal in my country but denies this when you ask them (they avoid answering this question). When you confront them about this and want your account closed and get a refund they don't respond.

Update: I was able to recover my lost money through my bank and their payment processor.

Casino with no support or help

Fake casino that does collect money from players.

After I lost €500 I asked them for a refund as it turned out that I have an active exclusion on their platform and their casino operates illegally in The Netherlands (which I did not know). Of course no reply from this rogue casino.

Also asked the casino for a permanent closure of my account, which they also did not do.

Fortunately I paid with my Visa card and as they do not charge on their own casino name but some fake merchant name I was able to successfully get my money back through a chargeback process which they obviously did not fight ;).

Update 2025, the casino account is still working...
