THIS WAS THE SCAM AS THIS ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE ! AND NO REFUND WAS GIVEN £155 STOLEN ! BEWARE ! just came back from ebay i wrote on ebay site ....A SSD WAS DEFECTIVE  it cost me  £155 to buy so i asked to send it back  ebay refused to give me a return label  !    i raised the dispute and  THE LIARS IN EBAY  CLOSED THE DISPUTE  BY SAYING I DID RECEIVE THE ITEM      I   APPEALED   and told them yes i did receive the item and not after 8 or 9 times asking for a return label  was i once given any response  SELLER  AT NO TIME EVER RESPONDED    !    SELLER  WORKS FOR EBAY    IS  MY FIRM BELIEF   !  HENCE  NO RESPONCE  NO REFUND AND £155  STOLEN  BY EBAY .....ebay would not accept it or discuss it so it shows EBAY STAFF ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE BIG TIME !

seller sent me a defective ssd cost me £155 EBAY now says that an appeal has been made against their decission to close dipute in sllers favour and AN appeal agaist this decission has been , NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD SINCE EBAY HAS KEPT THE MONEY SELLER HAS NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS SO THIS IS LOOKING LIKE A BARE FACED THEFT BY EBAY STAFF TO STEAL BUYERS MONEY !

GOES INTO EBAY TO LOOK AT PROGRESS OF THE 2 ITEMS AND I GET A RETURN MESSAGE FOR THE 2 ITEMS WHICH ARE NOW IN 2 PARCELLS WEN TO THE POST OFFICE AND THE 2 LABELS FOR THE 2 PARCELS ARE IDENTICAL POST OFFICE SAYS WE CANNOT GIVE 2 IDENTICAL LABELS WE CAN SEND BOTH ON THE SAME LABEL SO OK 2 PARCELS WERE THEN POSTED TO THE SAME ADDRESS NOW EBAY SAYS ONLY ONE PARCEL SENT BACK ! THEY REFUSE TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THIS OBVIOUS SCAM ! WHAT CRIMINAL OFFENCE IS THIS ? ANYONE ?
