I didn't receive the product I ordered, I paid for next day delivery, they don't respond to emails!

If negative or minus points were available, I would have given this company -5! Following their advert on youtube I ordered a twin pack, electric nail clipper (cutter) on 10th February. After a wait of 7 days, I was sent wrong items with 2 nail grinder (for filing nails). I sent at least 3 emails with no replies from them and also wrote a negative review on this platform but no response. Today I tried to go their third party reconciliation company called Resolver sending them attachments of my order and complaints. I am not sure whether it has gone through to be honest as I haven't had any confirmation whatsoever! I learnt from an earlier review from Trust Pilot that this is actually an affront for a Chinese company but not sure whether it is true. Needless to say that I am not touching this company again! They seemed to have gulped my £20!

this is 100% a scam wanted a charging usb led £15 put order in 12 november looked at my bank statement every day then finally on 22 December bank statement says £43 .97p was taken total 4 emails sent no response to request for cancellations.

Product has never arrived for me such a scam. I ordered 12/06/25 and the product still has never arrived to this day! Absolutely a scam taking your money.

Ordered a shaver for my husband kept saying getting delivered then said delivered in Plymouth l live in leeds l messaged them they said there is nothing they can do about it the order got dispatched and delivered no parcel lost the money don't order load of rubbish

Item damaged and I have to pay for return, they won't reply to .AVOID

This company must be a scam. I Placed an order more than a week ago I still haven't received and no responses to my emails.

Never answer a request. I write several emails just for an invoice. Very annoying. Never gonna use again.
Delivery time is around 2-3 weeks. Not good.

I see these thieving people are still advertising the product i paid for but never received, how is this allowed ?
Come on YouTube wake up and stop these scams.

so poor one wonders if its a scam based on other reviews. ordered 2 July email receivied saying shipped 2 july very efficient then nothing emailed enquiry on 8 July no response received. scam? or just useless? if this is a genuine business they need to get their act together if a scam then they need to be removed from advertising platforms

Ik heb op 14/06/2025 een bestelling geplaatst met SNX trackingnummer: SNX00000564422 maar ik kan daar niets van bekijken bij 17track vragen ze altijd naar vervoerder maar ik weet niet wie het is.

Dit staat op jullie WEBSITE We gebruiken Port Express voor de bezorging van het product. DHL, UPS, USPS, CNE, JCEX, YunExpress voor standaardverzending.

Verwerkingstijd: 1-3 werkdagen (maandag t/m vrijdag)
transittijd: 7 - 15 werkdagen (maandag t/m vrijdag)

graag zou ik dan ook willen weten hoever het met mijn bestelling staat.

Heb ook al 5 mails verstuurd naar drie verschillende mail adressen maar zonder resultaat

Zou U zo vriendelijk willen zijn mij daarvan op de hoogte te brengen.

Place an order for a razor over nearly 3 weeks ago didn’t receive confirmation of the order just an email to review the company which I found odd as I hadn’t received the product
Have emailed 4 times and received no response so pretty sure this is a scam company my advice don’t use

Usually very speedy delivery, and had no gripes
Packages wrapped nicely or ina box great stuff.

Paid for razor supposedly made by Gillette on the 28th April still hasn’t arrived it’s been at London airport since may 6th.I emailed them asking for delivery date and was told to be patient I emailed them again and was once again told to be patient emailed them again and got ignored. The tracking still says it is at London airport. This must be a scam site and YouTube should ban them from their platform before any more people lose money.

The purchase was easy but it was difficult for me to enter my correct address for delivery. Not sure why that was - perhaps because my house does not have a number, just a NAME.

The item was not as described and depicted in the advertising. It was not made by Gillette, it had a plastic case not a metal case, it came in a cheap cardboard carton instead of a fitted case. I can only describe the item as shoddy. It arrived some 3 weeks after the order was placed, and the Email address was wrongly given.
