Overall I’m very satisfied with the completed product. Some of the laser start and end positions are undercut into the product surface which will now require careful grinding. Still good value and I will use Xometry again.

I needed a working prototype to demonstrate that this approach is feasible. Xometry delivered just that.

Excellent experience turning my CAD design into a real prototype
I had a great experience working with Xometry to produce a custom prototype from my CAD design. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the turnaround time was very fast. The final part matched my design extremely well, even with a complex curved perforated geometry. Being able to go from a digital concept to a physical prototype so quickly is incredibly valuable when developing a new product. Overall, the process was smooth, reliable, and professional, and I would absolutely use Xometry again for future prototype iterations.

Great quality and price if you have relaxed R&D deadlines
We were able to get our unique curved bent sheet metal parts very easily at a reasonable price point through Xometry. The stainless steel versions actually turned out better than the initial aluminum prototypes. We were able to wait a few weeks and work on other projects to reduce the price.

Stützstruktur und Untere Seite schlecht
Das Produkt kam im zeitlichen Rahmen. Aber die Rückseite sieht schrecklich aus. Die Stützstruktur ist schlecht entfernt wurden und teilweise fehlt die unterste Schicht. Das sieht leider eher nach einem Teil aus, dass ein 3D-Druckanfänger probiert hat
