Excellent service - fantastic machining quality and final finish. All parts shipped quickly and arrived very well protected. Communication with sale manager was also excellent, everything was clear & transparent, from my initial query to final order.

Quality of product was excellent. Would like better real time updates on the portal as to where the project stands from a production timeframe. Production took longer than estimated, but quality was great!

I have ordered multiple parts so far, multiple materials, and multiple processes. 3D printed aluminum intake plenum with machined features for a turbo engine, 3D printed SS exhaust header collector, and 5-axis machined generative designed race car uprights. All parts were manufactured to our tolerances. Some of our tolerances were very tight, and some they suggested adjusting to potentially reduce cost. Amy’s customer service was amazing throughout the process. She was diligent, detailed oriented, and very responsive. We were given feedback on our designs to help improve manufacturability. It was reassuring that they only quoted a price after requesting all dimensions and tolerances. The quoting process through their online portal is very intuitive and convenient. The cost is reasonable enough even for a hobbyist building for fun in their garage. Can’t recommend their service enough. We are sending them more parts for machining.

I ordered half a dozen aluminum parts for a vacuum system, each with different designs. Nothing with tight tolerances, but it was important that the machining was smooth to get good vacuum seals. I was very impressed by the quality of the work when the parts arrived, given that RapidDirect was significantly (50%-300%) more affordable than other options I looked into (Fictiv, PCBway, Xometry, and others). My order was placed shortly before the Chinese New Year, so that did delay things, but they were clear about how long the delay would be when I placed the order and were very responsive to inquiries about the order status once production resumed. The parts shipped, made it through customs (into the U.S.), and arrived within 4 days. Overall, a great experience for an incredible price

From start to finish, awesome experience. Not the easiest part to machine, but seems that Rapiddirect managed to deliver. Yet to test the fitment, but every measurement has been according to tolerances. 10/10 would recommend.
