Paying the balance
The website has been down for a long time. Your information tells me I can pay and review my booking on line which is obviously incorrect. I phoned to pay at 6pm on Monday but the office had closed. It’s difficult to get to the phone on time when you’re working.

Grand Tour of Singapore and New Zealand - Superb!
We have just returned from an amazing Titan Grand Tour of Singapore & New Zealand. The itinerary was excellent, the hotels (save for a couple) were very good (and even the couple that weren't brilliant were still fine). But above all, praise must go to our tour manager Carl, who was fabulous, going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable, and Benson, our bus driver and local guide combined, who was a brilliant driver, hard-working luggage handler. and extremely knowledgeable and erudite commentator. Together, these two - along with a lovely and entertaining group of travellers! - made this a very special tour indeed. Thank you Carl and Benson and Titan.

Our tour guide Carl went above and beyond to make sure we all had a fabulous time.

New Zealand escourted tour
Short visit to Singapore followed by almost 4 weeks in New Zealand through February 2026. The tour manager Carl Taylor and driver Benson were outstanding and greatly added to our enjoyment of this holiday. The itinerary was excellent as we covered much of north and south island.

I have booked many holidays with Titan…
I have booked many holidays with Titan and Saga and have been satisfied with most of them.
The only reason I will not go with them again is the lack of control over the airline booking. Because they use group bookings you can not access the booking to choose seats or upgrade or check in online.
This has to be requested from titan and can not be guaranteed.
The fact that the access to manage my booking has been down for over a month does not help either.

Zero Communication, Zero Stars
I usually love Titan. This time however their customer service has been abysmal. We were booked to go to India through Dubai. Unfortunately the USA intervened and the FCDO advised against all but essential travel to Dubai. Communication from Titan was non-existent. Our airline was offering refunds but Titan did not offer this to us and re-booked us without consultation on a direct flight to Mumbai which still flies through warzone airspace. They have refused our request to move our holiday to September even if we pay the difference in price. We had zero communication and they now refuse to allow us to move the holiday, or refund the flights (even though the airline would have allowed it) claiming that changing departure airport, airline, route and times are "insignificant". Managers won't talk to us and the unfortunate customer service staff are clearly embarrassed at having to parrot about cancellation penalties. We have travelled with them many times in the past but won't be using them again. I do wish trustpilot would have a zero star rating because one star is over generous in this occasion.

Wow Great Experience
Wow, what a journey. Our second trip to India, this time "In the foothills of the Himalayas". From our guide, our drivers, the hotels and the itinerary, everything was brilliant. Our guide, Kam, was fantastic, he had a great sense of humour and huge knowledge of the places we visited and India as a whole. Our drivers, who we were with for around 7 days were great and enjoyed practising thier English, which was far better than our few words of Hindi. Thoroughly recommend Kam as a guide and the trip as a whole.

The Foothills of the Himalayas
The other travellers, all like minded adding to a great experience. The tour manager Kam who was very knowledgeable and helpful for the duration. Also, he went over and above on 2 occasions, thank you. No matter how much research was done prior to this tour, it turned out to be a real adventure. The Judges Court stay will always be a very special memory. All the hotels were very good for various reasons. Brilliant trip!

Just come back from titans foothills of the himalayas and it was fantastic. The hotels food scenery and culture blew my mind. Our rep was a guy called kam and he was funny informative and always there to help.

Stressful experience at à difficult time
We chose a tour to India with flights via Dubai. World events have dictated that this must change but the communication of sensible alternatives by Titan Travel has been non existent. Our travel agent has struggled to get full information from Titan around the flights and connections which are being re booked for us.
Due to elderly parents, it is not practical to go to a country the other side of an area of conflict in case we cannot get back at the time promised. There is a risk of disruption as outlined by the FCO travel advice. The ramifications if we were detained away would be serious. However Titan Travel’s regaulrly reiterated terms and conditions, which are much less pragmatic than other companies at this time, are forcing us to go. This is woefully unfair and morally repugnant.
This has been the most stressful travel booking experience we have had in many years.
Other companies are offering refunds. Our airline we are booked with is offering refunds on tickets. I cannot believe that Titan Travel cannot do this and that cash preservation rather than customer well-being and safety seem to be the priority.

Sensational South Africa and Victoria Falls
Rusti the Tour Manager was excellent. He had brilliant organisational skills and was friendly, helpful and caring. His local knowledge enabled us to get the best for our holiday - he had 3 plans for our Cape Town excursions to allow for the possibility of Table Mountain being shrouded by cloud and everything fitted like clockwork. We were able to book the Robben Island tour through him on arrival despite Titan saying this had to be booked 50 days before travel.
The Kruger Safari was awesome and our guides were very knowledgeable and shared information about both flora and fauna. The optional safari in Zimbabwe was equally good. The experience walking around Victoria Falls was wonderful.
In terms of the accommodation - the safari lodges were fantastic - brilliant settings in both Kruger and Zimbabwe. It was hard to rate Port Elizabeth as we arrived very late and it was literally just an overnight travel stop. The accommodation and setting at Knysna Hollow was within well manicured gardens and the chalets were very spacious and modern and the 2 pools were a welcome relief from all the travel. I would not rate The Cullinan in CapeTown - the room was satisfactory but the noise level was high and the restaurant staff were very rude. The food in The Peach Tree Restaurant was poor. I would’ve preferred one night less at this hotel and an additional night either at Kruger or Zimbabwe.
The various included excursions were well organised and offered a mix of activities.
The tour involved travelling huge distances on many days including internal flights and our Tour Manager ensured adequate comfort breaks were built into the itinerary. Luckily this was a Titan group and everyone managed the pace but I would not recommend it for anyone with significant mobility issues as the travel was tiring and the lodges in particular had lots of steps and uneven floors.
Sadly the majority of our group including myself suffered a form of bacterial dysentry which marred the experience. I have submitted details of this direct to Titan.
Despite illness I only reduced the rating slightly due to The Cullinan.

This was our holiday of a lifetime! The itinerary was superb with each destination a new experience leaving memories that will stay with us forever. Hotels met our need for luxury and exceeded our expectation both in quality, accommodation and location with each property presenting a unique character all of its own. The back bone of our tour was Carl the tour director a true master of his craft, forming a double act with the driver Benson, Carl was attentive, knowledgeable, funny, going the extra mile and a friend to all of us travellers. New Zealand and Singapore
We have had a grand time touring the beautiful country of New Zealand. We've enjoyed wonderful scenery; amazing wildlife (dolphins, whales, kiwi); an overnight cruise on the remote Doubtful Sound; I could go on and on.
A special shout for our tour manager Carl Taylor and our driver Benson. They are both 5 star and have made our tour a joy from start to finish. They have packed in so many extra things that were not on the itinerary, a big thank you from us! They are also great company, friendly and helpful, we really could not have been in better hands. It makes such a difference to a tour having such quality people at the helm.
New Zealand is everything I hoped it would be, and this tour is wholeheartedly recommended.

Seamless organisation
Seamlessly organised from start to finish involving sometimes tricky logistical challenges. Our guide, Kam, was a source of invaluable information about local history and customs which he delivered where appropriate with great humour. He also proved to be a great fixer, arranging recovery of items left in a hotel safe and a lost mobile phone. The tour "In the Foothills of the Himalayas" exceeded our expectations.

Trying to pay Titan for 2 days!
Dani, i have already contacted customer services, client services and after sales, no response or communication for nearly two days.!
One reply said: We will ring you back within one hour, still waiting.
We have travelled with Titan several times and been really satisfied.
Having been notified that my final payment was now required, i tried to pay on line, only to find that maintance was being undertaken and i could go no further.
I did email post sales support immediately outlining the situation asking for a return call giving both booking and contact details.
No response for 24 hours and still counting!
Disappointing and confusing within their Duty of Care.
