10th booking with Riviera - wouldn’t go anywhere else
This is our 10th booking with Riviera, so we already love this company for the wonderful holidays we’ve had with them. This time we made our booking with Jodie, who again gave us fantastic customer service.
She phoned us in response to an online query we’d made, took our details and phoned us back exactly when she promised she would and was able to give us the help we needed to make the booking.
Once again, excellent service from Riviera. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Helpful and thorough
The agent I spoke to {Amanda}, was very thorough with the booking, looking into specific requests we had regarding sole/ triple occupancy of rooms and keeping us informed of the progress. She was also very helpful in getting us a blue light discount and price promise discount. Generally very friendly and a good communicator, both verbally and written, keeping us updated regarding different options and costs.

Reliable escorted tour company
We have used Riviera several times before. We had a voucher provided due their price promise which we used on this occasion. We were promptly answered when we telephoned, and delt with politely and efficiently, offering us exactly what we wanted and expected. They confirmed everything by email very promptly afterwards. The was a slight inaccuracy but this was resolved without any problems shortly after we contacted them again.

Quick response on the telephone
Quick response on the telephone. Then the customer service person took my booking on as a personal advisor. Earlier, I was surprised that there had been a lot that I couldn't do on options on the website. However, having had to phone in, my personal advisor told me of all the options and alternatives available and made it all very straightforward. I have always found Riviera to provide good value so there was no problem on that score.
